There are several children's names in my class this semester, among which boys are famous and girls are famous. Most of them are promoted from kindergartens, and some of them are new to kindergartens. They come from different families and have different life and behavior habits. Most of them are loved at home, self-centered and highly dependent on their parents and grandparents. In the contact and conversation with children, we found that their self-care ability and behavior habits are generally poor. In order to let these children stabilize their emotions as soon as possible, adapt to the collective life in kindergarten, form good behavior habits and a good sense of routine, our teacher will work together with Qi Xin, unite and cooperate, put more energy into their work, and let every child live a happy life and make gratifying progress.

Teaching and education
There are seven themes this semester. According to the age characteristics of children, teaching activities combine group activities with regional group activities to stimulate children's interest in learning, face the whole and adopt various flexible methods to tap children's potential.
September: 1. Create a class environment, update the wall decoration, and give children a brand-new learning and living environment.
2. Make various teaching plans and carry out teaching activities in various subjects as planned.
3. Know Teacher's Day, National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. Initially cultivate a good impression on teachers and the motherland!
October: 1. Initially standardize children's daily life, actively express their love for others, and learn to share.
2. Know autumn, understand the weather characteristics in autumn, and add and subtract clothes in time.
1 1 month: 1. Do a good job in routine work such as children's safety and health.
2, combined with seasonal characteristics, to carry out the theme activities of "delicious fruit" and "falling leaves fluttering", to cultivate children's knowledge and practical ability.

The work of preschool teachers is trivial. However, preschool education is no small matter. We should have eagle-like keen observation, pay attention to children's words and deeds, and always feel the depths of children's hearts with a childlike innocence. While respecting and understanding children, communicate with every child with a normal heart. This is the premise of my own preschool education. These are my plans and goals for this semester.
