-"Letter from Home"
Zhang Xiaozhun was brilliant. When he was sixteen or seventeen, he taught children at home in Wang Xianqian. Xian Qian is the last mountain leader of Yuelu Academy, with a high reputation. Zhang Xiaozhun was highly valued by him. With his support, he went to Japan to study and was admitted to the third phase of the Japanese Army NCO School, where he was a classmate of Jiang Baili and Cai E. Jiang Baili, Cai E and Zhang Xiaozhun were among the top three when they graduated from the third phase of the Japanese NCO School, and were given the Japanese emperor's saber, which was called "the three outstanding officers". The Japanese are annoyed because all the top students are from China. After the third period, the NCO School will divide China and Japanese students into classes.
Zhang Jia has been carefully preserving graduation photo in Japan. Zhang Jining saw it when he was a child. In my memory, grandpa sat in the front row, holding a saber in his hand, full of pride. Unfortunately, the photos were burned during the Cultural Revolution. The saber and the wooden box where it was placed were also lost.
After returning home, Zhang Zhun and Jiang Baili went to Germany for further study. He studied "national defense economy" at the German Army University, and Jiang Baili served as a trainee officer under General Hindenburg, who later became the German President, and became a man of the hour in the future. After the Revolution of 1911, Cai E served as the overseer of Yunnan and Jiang Baili as the first president of Baoding Military Academy. 19 13, Yuan Shikai took control of most of China, leaving only a corner of Yunnan-Guizhou and Guangxi outside his sphere of influence, so he transferred Cai E to Beijing. At the same time, Jiang Baili was appointed as a member of the Military Division of the Presidential Palace. Cai and Jiang are both in Beijing, but they are like a tiger cage. Zhang Xiaozhun took refuge in Japan after helping Huang Xing prepare for the failure of the second revolution.
Huang Xingmi told him to help Cai escape, and the postcard puzzled Yuan Shikai.
"My father, as the representative of Huang Xing in Japan, United all forces against Yuan and formed a' European Affairs Research Association' with the Yellow School, which is called World War I research. It is actually an anti-Yuan organization, and my fathers Cheng Qian, Zhang and Peng are all important people. Later, Huang Xing wrote a secret letter to his father, which was sent to Japan by his son Huang Yiou (who was studying in the United States at that time) (this letter is now in Huang, and the original was handed over to Hunan Academy of Social Sciences) ...-Letter from home.
1965438+In May 2005, Yuan Shikai accepted the amendment 2 1 proposed by Japan, which shocked the whole country. Huang Xing and others are determined to overthrow Yuan by force. On June+10, 5438, Cai E, who was trapped in Beijing, sent a 37-page secret letter to Huang Xing, proposing his plan to leave Beijing and attack Yuan in the southwest. Huang Xing is very happy and thinks that the time is ripe to beg Yuan, so he must act immediately. But how can we help Cai E escape from Beijing and enter Yunnan?
165438+ 10, a mysterious figure appeared in Zhang Xiaozhun's home-Huang Xing's eldest son Ou. He brought a secret letter from Huang Xing, urging Zhang Xiaozhun to return home immediately to help Cai E escape from Beijing. Zhang Xiaozhun immediately left for Tianjin and agreed to leave with Cai E, who came to see a doctor in Tianjin: Zhang went to Japan first, hoping that Cai E would avoid Japanese journalist and detective Yuan. Soon, Cai E left Beijing under the cover of Fengxian Xiao and others, boarded a Japanese coal carrier in Tianjin late at night and went to Japan. Zhang Xiaozhun and others met him on the shore. After Cai E arrived in Kobe, he gave the important documents he brought with him to Zhang Xiaozhun for safekeeping, and then wrote to Yuan Shikai, asking for leave in the name of going to see a doctor in Japan, and wrote many postcards and letters in advance. Zhang Xiaozhun continued to travel in Japan. Wherever he went, he sent postcards to Yuan Shikai or his cronies to create an illusion. Cai E went to Kunming and declared Yunnan independence on February 25th, 65438. Yuan Shikai knew that he had been cheated by Cai E and soon died in fear.
Despair, abandoning politics and going to sea, died young at the age of 44.
"My father finally cooperated with Governor Zhao to do salt business, and Zhao appointed my father to transport reed salt back to Hunan in Beijing and Tianjin. After going north, I told my mother in a letter that this (salt) life is enough. This is an extraordinary thing. There is an orange tree in Shuiluzhou's home, which bears many oranges. When my father came back, my mother specially left a lot of food. When I was waiting for my father to transport salt back to Hunan when the Xiangjiang River rose, I suddenly received a phone call from Beijing, and my father died of a cerebral hemorrhage. When my father was in Beijing, he once went to eat (there are two kinds of sayings, one is that Zhang, an old friend of the Yellow School, gave a banquet, and he was the minister of education and the attorney general of the Beijing government; When Tianjin salt merchants invited a banquet, the salt merchants were very jealous that their father had shipped reed salt back to Hunan, so they suspected that poison had been put in the wine. After the banquet, my father fell dead after drinking.
..... Father's success is the foundation of the Revolution of 1911, and it is also the result of Sun Huang's second revolution. After the early death of Huang Xing and Cai E in the warlord's civil war, my father began to lose heart in military and political affairs, and only concentrated on business, and people gained weight. I died young in the first year of Zheng Zheng, at the age of 44 (when I was 9 years old). Huang Xing is very appreciative of my father. He once wrote a couplet to his father, saying: Only the truth can be bloody, and we should look at heroes from their true colors. (This couplet has been published in Huang) Praise my father as a bloody genius and a real hero. What a pity to die young! ! "-"Letter from Home "
Huang Xing and Cai E died on 19 16, 10,10 respectively. Zhang Xiaozhun was deeply hit. 19 17, disheartened Zhang Xiaozhun abandoned politics and went back to Changsha, Hunan. He founded Xiangjiang Mining Company in Nanmenhe Street (now Xiahe Street). 192 1 year, and Cheng Qian and Zhao Hengti (then governor of Hunan province) established Zhenglihou Land Company. 1923, Zhang Xiaozhun built a villa in Shuiluzhou (now Orange Island) and installed water pipes in the villa. Zhang Jining said that using tap water at home may be the first one in Hunan.
This villa is about to be renovated and turned into "Orange Island Inn". The former owner of the inn, Zhang Xiaozhun, a classmate of Cai E, was the man of the hour who helped him achieve great things. He was a famous "Zhang Fatty" in land and water, and there were few tourists coming and going.
