How to treat the development prospect of vocational education in China
Vocational education is driven by policies.

From 20021to1-July, China issued more policies to promote the development of vocational education, and almost every month, a policy related to vocational education was issued. The policy of July 200211-covers vocational education legislation, goal planning and online vocational education.

Occupational anxiety drives vocational education.

Not only is China's policy promoting the development of vocational education industry, but the anxiety of the employed/unemployed people in China will also push the development of vocational education industry to a new height.

-Both enterprises and employees want to participate in vocational training.

According to the survey on the willingness of employed/unemployed people and enterprises to vocational training in the Report on the Development of Online Learning Platform for New Occupations issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, more than 96% of employed/unemployed people want to learn new occupations, and more than 90% of enterprises hope to improve their employees' abilities through vocational training.

-More than 80% of post-80s and post-90s people have encountered occupational crisis/bottleneck.

According to the survey results of career development of different age groups released by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, more than 80% of post-80s to post-90s think they have encountered a career crisis/bottleneck.

-From the post-60s to the post-00s, 60% or more people have been worried about unemployment.

No matter what age, no less than 60% people have been worried about unemployment, especially after 90 s and 80 s. Among them, 95% people think that learning a new career and improving their development potential are the key points to get out of the career crisis.

From the perspective of career development, there are still a large number of employed people who are anxious about their careers and think that they can break through the career dilemma through vocational study. This kind of anxiety will bring certain development opportunities to the field of vocational training to a certain extent. Looking forward to the future, I believe that the substantial educational demand generated by this anxiety will bring a bigger market for vocational training in the current "involution" working environment.

Digital managers and e-sports operators can be the breakthrough point.

According to the survey of new career choice in the Report on the Development of Online Learning Platform for New Career released by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, digital managers are favored by the post-60s and post-00s, and become the most selected new career.

From different age groups, the post-60 s and post-80 s prefer digital managers and agricultural managers. After 70 s and 90 s, they only favor digital managers; Although more people choose the new profession of digital manager after 00, they are actually more inclined to choose e-sports operation after 00.

According to the analysis of vocational demand, it is predicted that digital managers and e-sports operators in vocational training will become one of the new hot types of vocational education.
