When the legal system enters the classroom, we must first grasp the teaching materials and incorporate legal education into the teaching objectives. In the teaching design and teaching implementation, we are good at developing the factors of law education contained in the teaching materials, and skillfully introducing the content of law into the subject learning activities, so that law education comes out with the trend and is reasonable. In our place, there are no tourist attractions and few cultural relics. Students are not allowed to visit ancient cultural sites, ancient buildings and murals in time and space ... but students' awareness of cultural relics protection can be enhanced through subject teaching. The ninth grade math chapter "Circle" (Part II) "The diameter is perpendicular to the chord" has such an example: Do students know the bridge? Do you know Zhao Zhouqiao? It's a stone arch bridge built by China Sui Dynasty more than 1300 years ago. Its span is 37.4m (the chord length of the arc) and its arch height is 7.2m (the distance from the midpoint of the arc to the chord). Can you find the radius of the arch of the main bridge in Zhao Zhouqiao? (accurate to 0. 1m). Teachers and students read the questions with pride, pride and protection, so that students can understand the relevant history of Zhao Zhouqiao and the relevant knowledge of cultural relics, and then naturally infiltrate the law on the protection of cultural relics. Another example is to tell students directly about wildlife protection. Students are blind because they have little or no chance to see wildlife. There is a problem to solve the problem. There are a group of lively monkeys in the Woods. They divided into two teams to play games. The number of monkeys in one team is the total number of monkeys, and that in the other team is 12. What is the total number of monkeys? When students see illustrated topics, they make up their love for wild animals, and take the opportunity to introduce the role of wild animals in the ecological environment, unconsciously infiltrating the Wildlife Protection Law. Infiltrating the legal system in subject teaching and presenting laws and ethics that are usually difficult to say from the learning content are in line with students' wishes, and the form is natural and students are willing to accept it.
2. Discipline infiltration in law education can improve students' knowledge structure.
Teachers should choose content and penetration according to students' knowledge, experience and understanding ability. In the process of knowledge generation, mathematics should be brought back to life, and rich and interesting situations should be created to guide students to maximize their investment, arouse association and stimulate emotional intelligence. In teaching activities, teachers should be good at capturing the laws implied in textbooks, creating situations suitable for students' understanding, so that students can consciously enter the role and experience "how to do mathematics and learn" personally. Mathematics is a basic subject, and we can't make it a law course, but the intention of infiltrating the legal system lies not only in things, but also in people.
