One of the important duties of kindergarten education is to cultivate children's good behavior habits, which cannot be cultivated overnight. In my long-term educational activities, I have adopted various methods to consciously encourage and demonstrate good behavior anytime and anywhere, so that children can constantly develop good behavior habits through auditory and visual repetition.
First, discovering the advantages of young children and encouraging them in time is the key to changing their bad behavior habits.
Teachers' educational attitude directly affects the formation of their behavior habits. As a kindergarten teacher, only by carefully observing children's words and deeds, finding their advantages and giving them encouragement in time can they change their bad behavior habits.
Second, set an example for children and actively encourage them, which is the source that affects the formation of children's good behavior habits.
Children have the characteristics of concrete thinking image and easy imitation. In practical work, I always pay attention to children's good behavior in daily life, find it in time, put it forward in time, and set a good example for children. At the same time, teachers are sacred in children's hearts. Teachers' words and deeds always affect children, and teachers often become the objects of children's imitation. Teachers' caring and encouraging attitude towards children's education not only fills children with confidence, progress and happiness, but also exerts a subtle influence on children and sets an example for them.
For example, a child in my class once fell to the ground and cried. Some of the children next to them watched, some froze, some smiled, and some loudly said, "Don't be shy, you deserve it." The others are preparing to press on the child. I went over and asked him softly, "Does it hurt? The brave child fell to the ground and came to the teacher to rub it for you. " With my encouragement, the child stood up. I also said to other children: "Children should be United and friendly together, help each other, and don't make fun of others. I believe that you are all good children who help others. " The children listened to my words, some brought chairs to the children, some held his hand and asked him to sit down. A few days later, in a game class, a child accidentally fell down. The child standing by immediately went to help him and said to him, "The teacher said that a brave child fell and got up by himself." Mutual encouragement among children has become a bond of good performance. It can also be seen that the teacher's concern and encouragement for a child not only warms and inspires a child, but also plays an exemplary role in influencing and driving other children to imitate their own behaviors, which has played a positive role in the formation of children's good behavior habits.
