According to national laws, regulations and policies, a construction bureau intends to allocate the following state-owned construction land use rights to the Education Bureau of Ganjingzi District of Dalian on behalf of Dalian Municipal People's Government as the land for the expansion project of Huiwen Middle School in Ganjingzi District. The project is located on the west side of Huabei Road and north of Dongwei Road in Ganjingzi District, with a land area of 3,772.2 square meters and a total construction area of 8,784 square meters. The land use is primary and secondary schools. This project conforms to the Catalogue of Allocated Land, and it is planned to go through the land allocation procedures.

Founded in 2002, Dalian Caihua Middle School is located in Caixiayuan Community at the foot of Shimen Mountain in the west of Dalian, with an area of 14680 square meters and a building area of 9360 square meters.
