In view of many problems existing in the family education of students in our school, this year I participated in the relevant training of family education instructors, studied a series of family education courses, participated in Suzhou offline training activities twice, participated in the national unified examination organized by the Ministry of Personnel in June+February, 5438, passed the examination with full marks, and obtained the qualification certificate of family education instructors.
Third, the graduating class achieved excellent results. In June this year, the class that served as the head teacher for three years graduated smoothly, and the class rose from the original grade 1 1 to the third grade for six consecutive exams, all of which were the first in grade. The grades of all subjects in the class are normal in the first and second grades. The results of the class entrance examination and the junior high school entrance examination in charge have achieved a historic breakthrough, creating the best results since the establishment of West Lake Branch. Our school was praised at the quality analysis meeting of Yancheng senior high school entrance examination. The teaching class won the collective title of advanced class in Yancheng city.
Fourth, set up county-level lectures. Entrusted by the Teacher Development Center, I gave three lectures at this semester's summer training for teachers, induction training for new teachers, and the evaluation meeting of the senior high school entrance examination in the county, that is, on September 23, I talked about the strategies and methods of "language flavor" in prose reading teaching, and on October 6, I talked about the design of "main problems" in Chinese teaching. Besides, I have read many books on psychology, such as Family of Birth, Dangerous 13 Years Old, and a series of miscellaneous books, such as Growing up in Ye Xin is a Pain, and Great Powers and Big People.
Sixth, keep writing. This year, I wrote 35 articles in my own "Grass Wen Yuan" and contributed several papers to related newspapers and magazines. At present, three articles have been published, namely, Yancheng Education Research, Learning Weekly and Primary and Secondary Education, and two novels have been published in the county education literature publication Old Road.
Seven, editing the school newspaper and teachers' reading activities. Editor-in-Chief of Binhai No.1 Middle School Newspaper, 7 issues from 54 to 60. In the newspaper, the column "Gu Xin Education Spark Teacher Seminar" was opened. The school organized four reading salons for young teachers. The first two were spring semesters, in which all class teachers participated and read "From Novice to Expert-What Class Teachers Should Do"; The last two issues were in the autumn semester, and I read the book "Returning the Classroom to Students-How to Build an Ideal Classroom". All four activities have been planned in detail, organized in an orderly manner and achieved very good results.
Eight, the declaration of academic leaders. The application for backbone teachers in Yancheng City, which was suspended for six years, started again this year. First, re-certify the original title of backbone teachers, and then declare the title of a higher-level backbone teacher. I was lucky enough to participate in the declaration of Yancheng academic leaders, participated in the classroom teaching assessment and was rated as excellent. At present, the municipal evaluation work is under way, hoping to be successful. The position was successfully upgraded from level 6 to level 5 for senior teachers.
Nine, training and learning. Due to the epidemic situation, there are very few offline training activities in Yancheng this year. In February, he participated in the training activities of Yancheng special-grade teacher lecture hall, and was ordered to make a training exchange speech at the meeting, and participated in the two-day class teacher training held in Huai' an; I participated in the related activities of Ding Mingshi's studio online, including the launching ceremony of Jiangsu Junior High School Chinese Masters Studio, the special lecture of President Ma Qunren of Yancheng Institute of Educational Sciences, and the lecture of Teacher Tan Xiaoyun of Yunnan Normal University. Ten, this year's regret, there is no breakthrough in the publication of papers and research topics. The county junior high school teacher studio I presided over has not found a training topic that can last for 2~3 years. There is still no breakthrough in open class teaching, and the construction of my own workshop has not improved much. The direction and orientation of personal teaching and research is not very clear. The above needs constant thinking and precipitation, and then look for a breakthrough.
