Guan Ying School is a new school with nine-year compulsory education, covering an area of 17908.84m2 and a total greening area of 4762m2. In February 2004, the school was formed by the merger of the former Guan Ying Primary School and the former Guan Ying No.1 Middle School.

At present, there are 89 teaching staff, more than 600 students 1.600, and 32 teaching classes covering 5 villages. The teaching staff is strong, and all full-time teachers have reached the standard. There are full-time physical education teachers, music teachers and art teachers.
