Long-term use will produce tolerance and dependence. Use with caution in patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency. Liver function and white blood cell count should be checked regularly. It is not advisable to drive, operate machinery or work at high altitude during medication. Sudden cardiac arrest after long-term medication may cause withdrawal reactions such as convulsions. Don't drink alcohol while taking the medicine.
