Retired soldier

Retired soldiers who graduated from ordinary higher vocational colleges (colleges) can apply for exemption from the examination to attend adult colleges and universities.

Serving grass-roots project personnel

Those who have participated in such projects as "sending college graduates to serve in villages", "three supports and one support" (teaching, supporting agriculture, supporting doctors and helping the poor), "college students' voluntary service plan for the western region" and "special post plan for schools in rural compulsory education stage" and passed the examination may apply for exemption to attend adult colleges and universities.
