How to improve education and teaching efficiency?
How to improve teaching efficiency? This problem has been bothering us new teachers who have no work experience. After two years of front-line work practice and study, I have accumulated some experience in this respect. I would like to talk about my superficial views in this regard.

First, the classroom design should not exceed 7 or 8 years old. Children are active. It is impossible for students to make full use of these 40 minutes in a class, and it is not in line with their physical and mental development. Their attention is scattered, and the maximum concentration is no more than ten minutes in a period of time. They like to look around in class and communicate privately with their deskmates. Even an eraser and a pencil are their toys. Play a game with them from time to time. In short, their eyes and thinking are erratic, and it is difficult to stay on the teacher all the time. Therefore, if a class is too full, the teaching efficiency will be reduced. It is necessary to leave some room for students to think, relax and adjust moderately, and give them time to absorb and think. A class lasts for 40 minutes, at least ten minutes should be set aside for them to relax moderately, or play games and practice in class to restore their attention to the teacher.

Second, the diversification of teaching methods uses various means in the classroom to attract their attention intentionally or unintentionally. As a teacher, we should constantly innovate and use teaching methods in turn. Showing a wall chart can attract their attention, but after only a few times, students will lose interest in it, and they can change a projector appropriately, with good results. After several cycles, the students start to move again. It is unnecessary to let them read books at an appropriate time, but it can also play a certain role if the time is not too long. Besides, doing experiments, collecting data and discussing can effectively stimulate students' interest in learning and improve learning efficiency. For example, when I was teaching "Crow Drinking Water", I designed a drinking experiment. I found a long bottle with a narrow mouth and learned that the crow put the stone into the water and added red ink. The water rises slowly and the effect is obvious. The students concentrated all their attention on the experiment. After the whole text, let them perform the text, which is interesting and enhances the memory efficiency.

Third, the effect of performance In the teaching of lower grades, most of the contents in the Chinese textbooks of lower grades can be performed and interpreted by body language. Understand while performing, fast and good. For example, when teaching Ant and Grasshopper, "some of them are on their backs, some are pulling and sweating" and "they are hiding under the big tree to enjoy the cool, some are singing and some are sleeping, and they are free." Through the performance, I learned to show and realize the back pull action in "playing". Of course, like mathematics, we should not behave like Chinese, but strengthen our hands-on ability and give full play to the role of learning tools. For example, when they talk about theoretical knowledge, they are easily confused and don't know how to convert it. The influence is very bad. Later, they were asked to practice shopping with real money, and they all figured it out. Later, they were asked to convert or do questions, and the accuracy was significantly improved. For another example, when students understand graphics, especially three-dimensional graphics, they must personally feel the three-dimensional graphics in order to better understand its characteristics. For example, a cube has six faces, so they must be touched and counted.

Fourth, the choice of teaching AIDS should be diversified. In teaching, we often use small blackboards, which requires us to pay special attention to chalk and writing. For some important content, teachers usually choose red or blue chalk to attract students' unintentional attention. For example, when teaching Chinese to write, you should prompt the keys in a color-changing way, and "book" should emphasize the last point, so the whole word is written in white chalk and the last point is highlighted in red. In mathematics, in addition to using three-dimensional learning tools, paper tools can also be selected appropriately, and the effect is also good.

5. Grasp the efficient time period. According to the general law, the use efficiency is high in the morning and low in the afternoon. Especially in summer, students have poor energy and are prone to sleepiness in the afternoon. This is a normal physiological phenomenon, and it is difficult for teachers and children to change it. Therefore, in the teaching arrangement, try to put new teaching content in the morning and add more activities, games or exercises in the afternoon. This arrangement is more reasonable and the teaching effect is more obvious.

The application of the reward mechanism of intransitive verbs in teaching The effect of praise in teaching is obvious, especially for the students in the lower grades of primary school. The self-confidence of primary school students in lower grades is relatively weak, and criticism will reduce their self-confidence and teaching efficiency. On the contrary, praise can stimulate students' interest in learning and improve teaching efficiency. So in class, I try to praise more and criticize less, which coincides with the implementation of bilingual teaching in schools. Praise in English in class, and students' enthusiasm is higher. I applaud the brainy students. The students who were praised were very happy and their faces were full of confidence. They listen more carefully and are more willing to use their brains to communicate with their teachers. In a word, I will keep learning, consulting and thinking in teaching, in order to better improve teaching efficiency.
