New candidates should send the relevant application materials to the selected registration point for on-site audit within the specified time. When conducting on-site qualification examination, the following materials shall be provided:

4. Social security payment record sheet (urban insured persons can print "individual social insurance payment over the years" on the self-service machine with their ID cards).
