The original intention of "moral education" is to establish moral undertakings, set an example for future generations and cultivate talents. It emphasizes putting "virtue" in the first place because everything starts with being a man, and emphasizes that cultivating talents is a long-term solution. "Educating people by moral education" is a concept that has been generally followed in the education of past dynasties in China. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly stated that moral education is the fundamental task of education, and efforts should be made to improve the quality of education.

First, "Lide Shu Ren" requires teachers to seriously practice teachers' professional ethics.

Second, "moral education" requires teachers to put moral education in the first place and promote the all-round development of students.

Thirdly, "moral education" requires teachers to insist on cultivating students' sound personality.

Establish a career by virtue

"Standing by virtue" means standing by virtue. "A country can't prosper without virtue, and a person can't stand without virtue" and "a teacher is a model for people". Teachers are noble people, so they should internalize and improve themselves with noble virtues. Teachers' morality is better. "Being a noble person, being a pure person and being a person who is free from vulgar tastes should be the unremitting pursuit and normal behavior of every teacher." Teachers' morality needs to be cultivated, and self-cultivation is more important.
