The Mental Health Education Center of Hunan University of Technology is now the Peer Mutual Aid Alliance of Hunan University of Technology.

The Department of Mental Health of Hunan University of Technology was established in 2008. In 2020, it was renamed Hunan University of Technology Peer Support Alliance. Under the guidance of teachers in mental health center, it is a group organization that spreads mental health knowledge to teachers and students of the whole school, helps the mentally confused and organizes psychological mutual assistance activities. It is an independent non-profit student self-management team of the school, which is affiliated to the Mental Health Education Center of the Student Affairs Office.

Peer-to-peer alliance of Hunan University of Technology, referred to as peer-to-peer alliance for short, is a student group with certain level and characteristics, an important bridge for our students to understand and understand their mental health, and an important carrier for cultivating their comprehensive quality, improving their artistic accomplishment and cultural quality, and creating a rich campus cultural atmosphere.
