At this moment, as a member of Hunan, we should consciously contribute to the prevention and control of the epidemic, reflecting our responsibility and responsibility.

First, improve the ideological position and implement prevention and control measures.

The relevant units of the tourism industry in the province should fully understand the grim situation of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively improve their ideological position. Tourist attractions, star-rated tourist hotels, amusement parks and other crowded places should strictly implement the requirements of "limiting flow, making an appointment and shifting peaks", and implement normal prevention and control measures such as making an appointment for sightseeing, real-name registration, "one-meter line", wearing masks, taking temperature, checking hygiene codes and itinerary codes, and strengthening ventilation and disinfection in indoor places. Tourists and guests with abnormal body temperature, health code or travel itinerary should be prevented and controlled according to the emergency plan and relevant specifications. Travel agency enterprises should pay close attention to the national epidemic situation in a timely manner, resolutely put an end to organizing tourism in medium and high-risk areas, and must not attract tourists from medium and high-risk areas to travel to Hunan. All hotels should strictly implement the requirements of health and epidemic prevention, carry out regular disinfection, implement "one guest and one disinfection" for daily necessities in guest rooms, and implement the food safety system.

Second, don't go out unless necessary, and don't leave Hunan unless necessary.

Cultural tourism enterprises in the province should actively implement and guide employees to "stay indoors and out of Hunan unless necessary", especially not to go to high-risk areas and epidemic-related areas. If you must go, please know the epidemic risk level of the destination and the local epidemic prevention and control requirements in advance, report to your work unit and community in advance, and travel at the wrong peak. Before the epidemic is effectively controlled, all cultural tourism enterprises in the province shall not hold annual meetings, exhibitions, training and other gathering activities. Do not visit, party, visit relatives, hold banquets, or enter or leave crowded public places, actively cooperate with epidemic prevention work, reduce unnecessary personnel flow and reduce epidemic risk.

Fourth, do a good job in employee training and strengthen employee management.

Strengthen the publicity and popularization of epidemic prevention and control knowledge, and do a good job in employee health monitoring and protection. Cultural tourism enterprises in the province should guide employees to correctly understand, actively cooperate and scientifically participate in epidemic prevention and control. According to the latest prevention and control requirements of local governments, prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, body temperature monitoring, two-code inspection and socializing should be implemented in business processes. Supervise employees to wash their hands frequently, pay attention to hygiene, enhance self-protection awareness and improve self-protection ability. At the same time, according to the requirements of vaccination work in COVID-19, our province, service personnel in the cultural tourism industry should do their best, and cultural tourism enterprises in our province should respond positively, urge and guide employees to make an appointment to register and implement vaccination as soon as possible.
