This year, the voluntary application for college entrance examination in our province is still divided into four batches: undergraduate advance approval, undergraduate advance approval, specialist advance approval and higher vocational college advance approval. The setting of volunteer columns and the number of volunteers in each batch are different. In order to do a good job in the examination enrollment of colleges and universities in our province in 2023 and ensure that colleges and universities select freshmen who meet the training requirements, these implementation measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and our province.

The enrollment work of colleges and universities should implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and conduct comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and selection of freshmen.

I. Registration

The registration of the college entrance examination in 2023 in our province is in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Enrollment of Colleges and Universities in 2023 (Jiaoji [2023]1No.) and the Notice of the General Office of Hunan Provincial People's Government Forwarding the Provincial Education Department and other departments (Hunan Zhengban made [20 12)

After the candidates register, after qualification examination, those who do not meet the application conditions will be disqualified from the college entrance examination, and those who have been admitted will be disqualified. The specific registration conditions, time and method shall be implemented by the admission examination institutions at all levels according to the Notice of Hunan Education Examinations Institute on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of the Entrance Examination for Colleges and Universities in 2023 (Xiang Jiao Kao Pu Zi [2022]14).

Second, the exam.

The college entrance examination in our province adopts "3+ 1+2" mode, and the examination subjects are composed of national unified examination subjects (referred to as unified examination subjects) and ordinary high school academic level elective examination subjects (referred to as elective examination subjects). Among them, "3" is a unified examination subject of Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages (including English, Russian, Japanese, French, German and Spanish).

The selected subjects are divided into preferred subjects and retest subjects, which are independently proposed by our province. Where "1" is the preferred subject, and1is selected for physics and history; "2" is a re-selected subject, and two subjects are selected from ideological politics, geography, chemistry and biology.

The total score of candidates' college entrance examination culture consists of the scores of unified examination subjects and selected examination subjects, with a full score of 750. Among them, the full score of the three subjects in the unified examination is 150, which is directly included in the total score of the college entrance examination together with the original score of the test paper;

The full score of each of the three elective subjects selected by candidates is 100, and the first elective subject is directly included in the total score of the college entrance examination with the original score of the test paper. Re-selected subjects are included in the total score of the college entrance examination according to the Notice of Hunan Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in the Selective Examination of the Academic Level of Ordinary Senior High Schools (Xiang Jiao Fa [2065 438+09] 10).

National unified examination subjects, elective examination subjects and other provincial unified examination subjects, as well as examination questions (including subtopics and reference answers) and scoring reference (guide) authorized by colleges and universities, are strictly managed in accordance with the relevant provisions on the scope of state secrets in the field of education.

Education administrative departments at all levels, enrollment institutions and institutions of higher learning should strengthen the construction of safety facilities in accordance with state regulations, improve safety rules and regulations, take effective measures to strengthen supervision and inspection, and establish and improve emergency mechanisms, duty systems and first-time reporting systems to ensure safety and confidentiality.

In the event of a leak, the incident unit should report directly to the provincial education examination institute at the first time. After receiving the report, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute should immediately report to the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Recruitment Committee and the Ministry of Education, and immediately take measures to prevent the leak from further expanding.

According to the different subjects preferred by candidates, the enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities is divided into two categories: the combination of physics disciplines (referred to as "physics") and the combination of history disciplines (referred to as "history"). Each candidate must choose one of physics and history to take the exam, and can't take the exam at the same time. Among them, candidates who apply for art and sports majors can choose one of physics and history to take the college entrance examination and take the professional examinations of the corresponding majors in art and sports.

Professional examinations are conducted in a unified way throughout the province, specifically in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Unified Examination of Art Majors in Colleges and Universities in 2023 (Xiang Jiao Kao Pu Zi [2022]15) and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Unified Examination of Physical Education Majors in Colleges and Universities in 2023 (Xiang Jiao Kao Pu Zi [2023] No.3).

Candidates who apply for foreign language majors and foreign-related majors with oral English test requirements in colleges and universities should take the oral English test organized by the whole province. Among them, the oral English test is replaced by the National English Proficiency Test (PETS), and those who pass the PETS-2 or above oral English test in high school or after graduation are deemed to have passed the oral English test.

Oral tests in Japanese, Russian and other small languages are proposed by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute, and the specific implementation measures are implemented according to the Notice of the Provincial Education Examinations Institute on Doing a Good Job in Oral Tests in Non-English Languages for the General College Entrance Examination in 2023.

Candidates who apply for the flight attendant major (including flight attendant and flight attendant direction) in advance must take the flight attendant major examination independently organized by the enrollment school.
