1. Fill in the registration form for international students.

Overseas students sent by the government can go directly to the UK, and they should go through the registration procedures through the website of the Education Office of the Embassy in the UK as soon as possible. 2. Fill in the "Application Form for Remittance of International Students in China"

International students should go through the formalities of opening a bank account as soon as possible after they arrive in Britain. We introduce two ways to open a bank account. First, we can use the "Golden Age" project launched by Bank of China. Before going abroad, you can open an account in the local business hall of China Bank in China. After you arrive in the UK with relevant materials, you can use them in the business online stores of Bank of China, London Branch and other places. After completing the above account opening procedures, please fill in the Application Form for International Remittance of International Students immediately, which is an important proof for the education department and the group to remit money for you. Please fill it in carefully and check the information with the bank to ensure accuracy.

(1) 1 copy of the Registration Form for Overseas Students (this form can be printed on the same day), and post my recent bareheaded photo (which can be the same as the passport photo) in the upper right corner of the form;

The personnel of the education department will review the relevant materials as soon as possible after receiving the registration materials of foreign students in public schools; After completing the examination and approval procedures, the scholarship living expenses will be directly remitted to the personal account of public students from the fourth month after their arrival in the UK, and the general remittance time is the first half of each month.

4. About the payment of bench fees. According to the requirements of the British side, some public visiting scholars need to pay the bench fee. The specific payment method is as follows:

(1) The education department will confirm whether it is necessary to pay the bench fee after reviewing the British invitation letter submitted by international students. After the international students have registered in a British university or research institute, the British side should issue an invoice (within 3 months) for charging the bench fee, which should indicate the name of the international students (in Chinese pinyin, not abbreviated), the charging items, the amount and the time limit.

(2) Bench fee payment standard: the maximum amount of bench fee paid by the education department for those who have studied for 12 months or more is 1 0,000, and only one payment is allowed during the study period; The maximum amount of bench fees paid by the education department is 500 pounds for those who have studied for more than 6 months 12 months.

(3) The above-mentioned bench fee invoice is generally sent to the financial department of the university where the scholar is located or sent to the scholar himself, and directly mailed to Ms. Gong Chunhong, the accountant of the education department. 5. About the payment of tuition. Please notify the financial department of the university to issue an invoice to pay the tuition fee after completing the registration formalities at your British university. The invoice must indicate the name of the international student (full name in Chinese Pinyin, not abbreviated), charging items, amount and time limit. Usually, the invoice is mailed to the person in charge of film control by the financial department of the university or in person (please check the recipient and address); After the audit by the education department, the relevant expenses will be paid directly to the school finance department by cheque.

6.
