Published monographs such as New Generation Efficient Video Coding Technology, Image/Video Super-resolution Restoration, Wavelet Coding and Network Video Transmission, Video Coding and Low-rate Transmission, translated five books, and 1 proposal entered the AVS-M video coding standard. He has successively won the Beijing Science and Technology Award 1 item (ranking first), and has been selected into the talent training plan of the Ministry of Education, the outstanding scientific and technological activities of Beijing Great Wall scholars and returned overseas students from Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the outstanding talent training plan of Beijing, the science and technology rising star plan of Beijing, the training plan of young and middle-aged backbone teachers in Beijing, and the Jinghua plan of Beijing University of Technology. He won more than 20 awards such as "Excellent Teacher of Beijing University of Technology", "Teaching Excellence Award of Beijing University of Technology", "Third Prize of National Network Teaching and Design Application Competition", "Third Prize of Beijing University of Technology Young Teachers' Teaching Basic Skills Competition" and "First Prize of Beijing University of Technology Young Teachers' Teaching Basic Skills Competition".
