Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education in order to further standardize the undergraduate enrollment, better implement the requirements of the "Sunshine Project for College Enrollment" of the Ministry of Education, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate enrollment of Changsha Normal University.

Chapter II Basic Situation of the School

Article 3 Changsha Normal University is a full-time public undergraduate college organized by Hunan Provincial People's Government. Its predecessor was Mr. Xu Teli, Chairman Mao's teacher, proletarian revolutionary and founder of Republic education, who founded Changsha Normal School on 19 12.

Article 4 The English name of the school is Changsha Normal University, the country code is 13806, and the code of Hunan Province is 4345.

Article 5 The school is divided into two campuses, namely the South Campus (Changsha? Xingsha? No.9 Teli Road) and North Campus (Changsha? No.9 Wanhuayuan Road, Ansha).

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 7 A school shall set up a leading group for enrollment work composed of school leaders and heads of relevant departments, which shall be fully responsible for implementing the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) on enrollment work, implementing the resolutions of the school party committee and administration on enrollment work, studying and formulating the enrollment policy of the school, and leading the implementation of enrollment work.

The school enrollment work leading group has an enrollment office, which is located at the Admissions and Employment Office.

Article 8 The main responsibility of the school admissions office is to implement the relevant enrollment regulations and implementation rules formulated by the school, prepare enrollment source plans according to provinces and majors, and organize the implementation of enrollment publicity, enrollment examinations and enrollment work.

Article 9 The Office of the Disciplinary Committee of the school and the Ministry of Supervision are responsible for supervising the implementation of the enrollment policy, ensuring the openness, fairness and impartiality of the enrollment work, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of candidates and schools.

Chapter IV Enrollment Plan, Enrollment Specialty and Enrollment Requirements

Article 10 According to the enrollment scale of 20021approved by the Ministry of Education and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education, combined with factors such as school development planning, school conditions, student source status and employment situation, and based on the principle of optimizing student source structure and promoting regional balance, specific enrollment plans are formulated by provinces and majors. For detailed enrollment plan, please refer to our school's 20021enrollment plan list or the enrollment plan picture book printed by the provincial recruitment offices.

Eleventh schools in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions department to implement the enrollment plan, professional enrollment management, standardized, scientific and reasonable adjustment of professional enrollment plan.

Article 12 Candidates applying for English major are required to use English as a foreign language. Other majors are not limited to candidates taking foreign languages, and the school only arranges English-based foreign language teaching.

Article 13 There is no limit to the ratio of male to female in each major.

Article 14 The school's requirements for the physical health status of candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination of Enrollment and Employment and Safeguarding the Employment Rights and Interests of HBsAg Carriers.

Candidates who are color-blind and physically weak are not allowed to apply for arts, animation, arts and crafts, art design, preschool education, applied psychology, physical education and other majors; HBsAg carriers should not apply for pre-school education and hotel management.

According to the employment demand of relevant positions, it is suggested that the height of boys and girls applying for dance major should be above 1.7 meters and 1.60 meters respectively.

Chapter V Admission Rules

Fifteenth school enrollment work strictly implements the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.

Article 16 The school shall determine the proportion of investment according to the situation of students in the corresponding provinces, and the proportion of investment at the undergraduate level shall not exceed 105% of the enrollment plan of our school in the corresponding provinces.

Seventeenth schools recognize the policies and regulations of the provincial education administrative departments on the college entrance examination. In provinces where the college entrance examination reform is not comprehensive, they are admitted according to literature and history, science and engineering, art and sports; In the provinces with comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, students are admitted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the college entrance examination reform plan, and the comprehensive quality evaluation and use methods of candidates are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.

Eighteenth schools recognize the policies of the education administrative departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the enrollment examination institutions on extra points, and the extra points are included in the cultural achievements of the candidates in the college entrance examination.

Nineteenth employment plan for Tibet to recruit non-Tibetan students, according to the relevant policies of the state and the Hunan Provincial Department of Education.

Article 20 General admission rules

Professional admission, according to the principle of clear scores, the candidates who enter the file from high scores to low scores are based on the results of the file, and there is no professional grade difference. In combination with the candidates' professional voluntary admission, candidates who fail to reach the first professional voluntary admission are enrolled according to their second professional voluntary admission, and so on. Candidates with the same scores will be admitted according to the same sorting rules determined by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities); If there is no clear sorting rule in the student provinces, those with high scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages will be given priority; If the scores are still the same after sorting, the school will use the reserved plan to enroll. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if they are transferred, they will be admitted to other majors with the same subject, and candidates who are not transferred will not be admitted.

Twenty-first art and sports admission rules

(1) The admission method of the school shall, in principle, implement the relevant policies of the province where the students are located.

(2) The school recognizes the results of the unified examination of arts and sports in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the cultural and professional results must reach the control scores of the corresponding batch of art majors in the province of origin;

(3) If the admission rules are not clear in the province where the students come from, they will be admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be admitted in turn according to their professional scores, Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores.

The calculation method of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score of art majors = cultural score ×30%+ professional unified examination score × 70%; Comprehensive score of physical education major = cultural score+professional unified (joint) test score.

Chapter VI Charging Standards and Others

Twenty-third according to the relevant provisions of the state, students must pay tuition, accommodation, teaching materials and various fees. According to the principle of territorial management, the school charges according to the standards approved by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Hunan Provincial Department of Finance and Hunan Provincial Department of Education. Article 24 In order to ensure that every honest and diligent student does not drop out of school because of financial difficulties, the school has established a multi-channel funding system such as awards, loans, diligence, assistance, supplements and reductions to help students with financial difficulties overcome their difficulties in life and study and successfully complete their studies.

Twenty-fifth students have the opportunity to enjoy "national scholarship", "national inspirational scholarship" and "national grant" after entering school; The school also offers many scholarships, such as Xu Teli Outstanding Student Award, Xu Teli Scholarship Award for College Students, Freshman Scholarship, Principal Scholarship and Individual Scholarship, to reward outstanding students with excellent academic performance and all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, as well as students from poor families with excellent academic performance.

Twenty-sixth students from poor families can apply for student-origin credit loan with the admission notice to the financial aid management center of the Education Bureau where the candidates are located. Students who have special financial difficulties in their families and have not applied for student loans from their places of origin for the time being can apply for deferred payment of tuition fees and enter the school through the "green channel". The school has set up special funds for students' scholarships and grants, and provided all-round assistance to poor students through work-study programs, financial assistance for poor students and employment subsidies for poor graduates.

Twenty-seventh freshmen, the school within 3 months to review the qualifications of freshmen, art candidates also conduct professional review. Those who fail to pass the entrance qualification examination or the re-examination of art majors will be dealt with according to relevant regulations, and those who find fraud will be disqualified.

Twenty-eighth graduates who meet the requirements of full-time undergraduate training are awarded the full-time undergraduate diploma of Changsha Normal University; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-ninth after the promulgation of the Articles of Association, in case of adjustment of the college entrance examination enrollment policies of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), it shall be implemented according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 30 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. Matters not covered shall be explained by the School Admissions and Employment Office.
