Castle Peak Monastery: Castle Peak Monastery is located on Castle Peak in Tuen Mun. It is one of the most famous ancient temples in Hong Kong, and it is also the favorite holiday resort of local people in Hong Kong. Qingshan Temple was built in the Eastern Jin Dynasty 1500 years ago. It was once called Pudu Temple, Doumu Temple, Beidu Temple, Beidu Temple and Qingyun Temple. There are many historical sites in Qingshan Temple, called lsquo. Many of the Ten Scenes of Castle Peak rsquo are listed as historical relics in Hong Kong. For example, the first mountain of the Han mausoleum and the stone pavilion have a history of thousands of years. There are seven temples, including Guanzong Temple, Longshan Temple, Semi-Spring Garden, Daguangyuan Temple and Dinghui Temple, all located near the railway line from Shenluo Lake to Kowloon Red.

Changgu Temple, Bodhi Jingshe, is located in Pingshan Road, Pinglu River, Sha Tau Kok. The architectural history of these temples is not as long as that of Tuen Mun and Yuen Long. Most of them were built after the 1960s, but they made full use of the traffic. Most of them are close to railway lines, some are close to Tai Po and Taihe railway stations, and some are close to Fanling railway station. You can walk from the station. Baolian Temple: Baolian Temple is located in Ngong Ping Highland in the west of Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is the first of the four Zen forests in Hong Kong. Established in 1924. There are magnificent buildings in the temple, such as the Giant Buddha Hall, the Wei Tuo Hall and the Daxiong Hall. Near Muyu Peak, there is a bronze Buddha statue with a height of 34 meters, and its base has three floors.

It is equipped with an exhibition hall, with a big clock hanging and a computer-controlled ringing. The Giant Buddha was designed and manufactured by China Aerospace Department. The whole project lasted 10 years and was started in 1 993+02. Known as the largest outdoor bronze Buddha statue in the world, it is now a major landscape in Hong Kong. Confucian Temple: The Confucian Temple is located in hollywood road at the northern foot of Taiping Mountain. This temple was rebuilt in the winter of the 30th year of Qing Daoguang, dedicated to Guan Yunchang and Wenchang Jun.. Pilgrims mainly come from Hong Kong's business and financial circles. In front of the hall, there is a huge woodcarving screen. Above the screen, there is a gold plaque with four characters, Divine Power and Universal Right, which is the treasure of Guangxu Imperial Pen. Below it, there is a plaque carved in Guangxu period with Dede on it.

On the pillars on both sides of the screen, there are red primer characters, which are striking and vigorous: a saint, a god, a virtue, a salty quilt, a poplar in the moon sea in Wu En, Yun Ze, just like a quadrangle in the north of China. There are four huge incense burners with eighteen kinds of weapons on both sides. Above the courtyard, there are countless spiral towers hanging. Above each plate of pink tower incense, the name of the incense owner is written on red paper. This huge tower incense is smoky and warm, and the sunset on the roof shines in bundles, making the tower incense bright or dark, static or moving, making the temple quite mysterious. Above the courtyard is the main hall, four incense tables, four civil and military ministers cast on both sides, and exquisite dragon crescent moon knives erected.

Emperor Guan Sheng and Emperor Wenchang are enshrined side by side in the shrine, resplendent and magnificent. Golden lists of pilgrims are elegantly hung on both sides of the main hall. The price of pilgrims is more than 10,000 yuan, ranging from 300 yuan to 200 yuan. According to legend, Emperor Wenchang is in charge of the world's fame and fortune, and has been highly respected by scholars since he had his own scientific research system. Puming

Two quiet rooms, Lin Jue and Tang Hede, share the Buddhist temple in Fumyoji. 1964, the reconstruction of Fumi Temple was completed, and the original three-step building was integrated into a solemn Buddhist temple, which was nearly 30 feet high and spacious and majestic. At that time, the Buddhist temple was engraved with raft monks and a group of great virtues, and it is still hanging in the temple. In the heyday of the Ming Buddhist temple, Guanyin birthday, bathing Buddha birthday and Amitabha birthday were held, and the incense was extremely strong. But now there are no monks in the hospital. As the third generation disciples of two masters, Changxing and Chang Zheng, the master inherited the mantle of Lin Daochang and also shouldered the heavy responsibility of managing the Fumo Temple.

The Zen Temple was the first quiet room founded by Angping, and its bell and drum were also the first in that year. The Zen rules of the morning bell and the evening drum in the temple are still being observed and unchanged. Guanzong Temple: Guanzong Temple, located next to Fanling Railway Station, is a branch of Master Zhiying, the originator of Tiantai Sect. It was originally founded in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province by a master of law and wisdom known as the Four big noble. In the Song Dynasty, four masters of Ming Jie began to build sixteen halls, which laid the foundation for giving lectures. Unfortunately, it is easier to develop because of the number of repetitions. Until the early years of the Republic of China, in order to restore the lofty aspirations of their ancestors, the forty-three ancestors of Tiantai Sect advocated rebuilding the lecture hall, renamed it Guanzong Lecture Hall, and set up a circular academy, research institute and grand court.

Ye Yi School declined one after another, and the four major schools of Ming Dynasty prevailed for a while. However, talented people come forth in large numbers, mostly Guanpai, and celebrities come forth in large numbers, including Bao Zheng and other great men. There are many places in Zeng Zhuoxi, the master of Bao Jing, but Xiangjiang River is the most important one. Therefore, in 1936, the Lu Jing was built in Fanling as a retirement place. After the war, the temple was destroyed, and Master Baojing passed away in Shanghai Jade Buddha Temple on 1940. After the recovery of Hong Kong, Master Jueguang, the 46th general manager of Tiantai Sect, could not let go of the ruin of the ancestral temple, so he made up his mind to carry on his legacy and raise money for reconstruction, so as to change Lu Jing into Baogong Shengxi Memorial Hall. 1978, when the time was ripe, the memorial hall was expanded into Guanzong Temple, which not only allowed the Guanzu Temple of the four major civilizations to reappear in Hong Kong, but also commemorated the great achievements of Master Zu Baojing. The ancestral hall is located in Baifu Village, Fanling, Hong Kong, adjacent to Fanling Railway Station. Covering an area of more than 20,000 feet, the environment is elegant.

Upstairs is the Hall of Mahatma, which supports the Three Treasures Buddha. Clean and solemn, the back seat is Guanyin Hall, which contains Sanskrit scriptures of Eight Lords and precious books with historical value. It is really a good place to study hard. The lower hall is dedicated to the white jade Buddha Sakyamuni, which is not only used for chanting prayers, but also as a temple entertainment center adjacent to two nursing homes, providing a place for hospitalized elderly people. Behind the lower hall is the Master Bao Jing Memorial Hall. This hall is dedicated to Bao Gong's relics and laws. On the right side of the entrance to the temple, there is a pagoda to commemorate Master Baojing. The inscription describes in detail Bao Gong's life and the reasons for building this temple. As early as the early 1960s, land was allocated to build the Buddhist Baojian sanatorium at the present site, which provided accommodation for more than 65,438,000 widowed elderly people. This is because the abbot of Guanzong Temple, Master Guo De of the prison and Vice President He Zhongquan of the hospital have given great care to the old, the weak and the sick.

Later, in order to cooperate with social development, a Buddhist Baojing nursing home was built to take care of the elderly, the weak and the sick. Both houses are in Guanzong Temple and managed by Xianghai Zhengjue Lotus Society. In the mid-1990s, due to the dilapidated buildings of nursing homes, with the support of law enforcement departments and the government, a new nursing home was rebuilt in situ, which can provide comfortable homes with complete facilities for more than 260 elderly people. Apart from services for the elderly, there are two secondary schools, three primary schools, a kindergarten and two schools for the mentally handicapped in Song Jun Temple. In promoting education, we

Foquan Temple: Foquan Temple in Land Rover Village, located in the right neighbor of Land Rover Jingshe, was built by Buddhist Liang Yantian in Sanskrit 1932, and once invited believers and Dexian as abbots. Old photos of Liang Jushi's family are still hanging on the wall inside the temple. This temple, also known as the Sanbao Hall, is very dazzling because the plaque inscribed by Liang Yantian hangs at the entrance.

The Buddhist temple still retains the layout of four towers standing side by side, with three buildings in a row. Among them, there is a light patio with delicate mind. You can imagine the beauty of that year. There is a crack in the first two pillars of the house, which can reflect the surrounding scenery. Lianri: this green water and green hills can be a lesson for Prajna; Ask him about the yellow flowers and bamboos, and you will realize Zen. There is a special plaque in this temple, hanging above the gate of the Sanbao Hall, which says that the Buddha is from the West. It is known that when the Buddhist temple opened, an Englishman, Xu Shide, came to attend the opening ceremony. At that time, his wife was seriously ill, and Liang Jushi told him to make a wish in front of the Buddha. Xu Shide burned incense and prayed for his wife's recovery. Two months later, Xu Shide's wife really recovered, and Xu personally sent a plaque and became a layman.

The present owner of this Buddhist temple is Master Zhitong, who has lived in Baolian Temple in Ngongping, Xi 'an for more than 20 years. However, I was deeply sorry to see that the Buddha Spring Temple had been abandoned for many years, so from 1994, my disciple Master Miao Wen and I came here to repair it, repainted the golden body of the Buddha statue, hung up the lights, chanted and meditated, and the incense was revived. Ling Du Temple: Buddhist temple. Located in the west of Ha Village, Yuen Long, Hong Kong. According to legend, Huai Du, a Zen master in the Southern Dynasties, got his name here. Founded in the Tang Dynasty, it is the earliest temple in Hong Kong and the birthplace of Buddhism in Hong Kong. There were two overhauls in Qing dynasty, and the scale was determined at 1927. There are important cultural relics in the temple, such as the big clock and the Huaidu Sutra, and it is a holy place for Hong Kong and Kowloon Buddhism to worship and visit.

You may have been to Xiyong, but there is an ancient temple of the Seven Saints Palace nearby, which many people may not know. Huijingshe: There are many nice houses in Land Rover District of Lantau Island. In its heyday, there were nearly 50 good houses. After years of wind and rain, there are only more than 30 boutique houses now. Many descendants of the founders lived for three generations. Although the spring and autumn is high, I still concentrate on packing and persevering. Living in the mountains is inconvenient and I don't feel bitter.

I went up and down and didn't waste time. Master Zhi Miao of Lianjing Society is one of them. She takes several apprentices every day and meditates and recites Buddha in the morning and evening, all year round. She can also cook good vegetarian dishes, which is praised by all foodies. She is 77 years old and must let her apprentice do it for her. Hui Jing and the former popular nightclubs in hollywood road, Sheung Wan have a long history. Its founder, Ms. Ye Huichao, converted to Master Baojing at the age of 365,438+0, and became a monk at the age of 60 and was formally ordained. Ms. Ye is famous for her fortune telling. She once opened a moral hall in Daiwa and made a living by divination. Her divination is quite effective. It is said that after she converted to master Bao Jing, her skill is like a god.

She became famous on 1928. At that time, Huilian Jingshe was established in Land Rover Village, Lantau Island. After the war, this exquisite house was very dilapidated, so it was rebuilt at 1956. In the same year, she handed over the moral hall in her stomach to her disciples, and practiced in Huilian Jingshe, where she received more than 30 disciples. After moving, her disciples followed her to a retreat on Lantau Island. Guanyin Bodhisattva was placed on the raft of the second abbot of Baolian Temple, and monk Keke wrote a couplet. Li Anyun: It will be sunny tomorrow. You should see it. Lotus world, from Wen Hughes. Due to inconvenience

At the beginning, the mage discovered the beautiful land of Tseung Kwan O and wanted to promote the altar, but the funds were not enough. Shi, the wife of the local squire, was depressed because she had been treated for foot disease many times. The mage was merciful and recommended himself for his governance, hoping that a man would sell land at a reduced price and make a profit after he recovered. The temple was built after the feet were cured by the mage. Master Changren vowed to build the temple and do it himself. He specially invited a Shanghai Buddhist master to worship the treasure statue of the Hall of the Great Hero and supervise the design perfection. After the completion, the Treasure Hall is dazzling, the statue is solemn and solemn, and the posture is magnificent and amazing. After the temple was built, many monks and nuns came and went.

Master Jinshan, Master Sheng, Master Yongxing and Master Jueguang were all educated in Ceng Bu. A few years ago, Master Renchang passed away at the age of 100, which can be described as both virtue and longevity. At present, there are still some Buddhist ceremonies in the temple, such as orchids, worship to heaven, Buddha's birthday and so on. There are also many converted disciples and believers from afar who gather here to worship Buddha. Long Mu Temple: The largest temple in Dongwan of Pingzhou is Long Mu Temple, which was built in the early 1970s. The dragon mother enshrined in the temple is one of the water gods. There is a famous dragon bed in the Dragon Mother Temple. It is said that it can solve problems and bring good luck to integrity. As the old saying goes: touch the dragon bed and you will know the result in the future. Believe it or not. Wong Tai Sin Temple: The internal organization of this temple is quite large.

The main hall is not a statue of Wong Tai Sin, but a portrait of him. In addition to the main hall, there is a turtle pond, a library, a medicine hall and a shopping place for fortune tellers. The architecture of this temple represents five divination elements: gold, wood, water, fire and earth. The bronze court where the portrait of Wong Tai Sin is placed represents gold, and the library and fountain represent wood and water respectively. There is a small park near the temple, which is well designed, exquisite and has a garden view.

The Kowloon Wall next to it is modeled after the Forbidden City in Beijing. At the same time, there is a Confucius Temple in Wong Tai Sin Temple to welcome people who worship Confucius. Buddhists can go to the three temples to worship Guanyin Bodhisattva and worship Guan Dijun and the Eight Immortals. Lohan Temple: Lohan Temple is located between Maitreya Peak and Lion Peak. Its predecessor was just a Luohan Cave. 1926, a monk from Changyuan, western Guangdong, came to Hong Kong to practice in this cave and was named Luohanyan. In the 1960s, a lay man from Yaoting Lee came here, saw that it was tree-lined and inaccessible, and was very suitable for studying and doing business, so he got the consent of monks in Changyuan and founded Dafa foreign Dojo here. 1974, Luohan Temple was officially completed.

Daxiong Hall is the main part of the whole temple, three feet high and six feet wide, which can be seen in Qingshan and Tuen Mun. Luohan Temple also retains the natural spring Luohan Spring and the natural cave Luohan Cave. Vegetarian dishes here are very famous. Huiquan Temple: Wisdom has destroyed fools for thousands of years, and the light shines alone. Purify the three sources of life, and immortals and Buddhists go the same way. Huiquan Temple, located on the hillside of Paitou Village in Sha Tin, is a Dojo mainly for monks to clear the field.

Here, there is a clear stream next to the mountain stream, and there are two halls. The environment is simple and elegant, and the transportation is convenient. Many believers have converted. Jingshan Bhikuni, the founder of Quansansheng Temple, is a female layman. Although my education is not high, I am firm in morality. Since I was in my twenties, I have been a vegetarian and a Buddhist. She used to run Buddhist temples in Zhanjiang and other places to worship monks and treasures. Many Buddhist temples are often given rice to help their eyebrows when chaos often occurs. In 1950s, Jingshan Bhikuni, who had not yet become a monk, decided to become a monk, so he settled in Shatian and founded Huiquan Jue Yuan.

After the bank of Hong Kong bought the land, there were only four dollars left, and they lived by begging and giving alms. Finally, make great efforts to build Buddhist temples, and then complete the temple houses one by one. More than 20 years ago, Jingshan Bhikuni met Master Guo Xian, who had a field in the city at that time. Chambi Juni thinks his Los Angeles

The hall is solemn, with two rows of golden Buddha statues in front and back, followed by Sakyamuni Buddha, Pharmacist Buddha and Amitabha Buddha in the back row. Guanyin Bodhisattva, Manjusri Bodhisattva and Samantabhadra Bodhisattva in the front row. Next to the main hall are Wei Tuo and Galand, protectors higher than the human body. On both sides of the hall are four heavenly kings, all precious statues made in Guangzhou in the Qing Dynasty. On one side of the hall are guest rooms and closed rooms. Mr Guo Xian has been here for many years. Opposite the temple gate is the new temple of the temple. This place used to be a home for the elderly. More than ten years ago, Master Guo Xian saw that the venue of the Fa Conference was insufficient, so he set aside a space in the basement as a venue for gathering people to read Buddha.

On the second floor is a newly-built Buddhist temple, where monks and nuns read Buddhism. There are Buddhist books in it, where believers can read and practice. Monks in Hui Quan Temple mainly practice Zen. Although it is a self-taught Dojo, we can meet every month. More than 100 converts and believers came to worship or celebrate the Buddha's birthday. In addition to nursing homes, monasteries often raise money for disaster relief in the name of the four sons of monasteries, which shows that they are not only good at education, but also highly beneficial to everyone. Lingyin Temple: full of liver and intestines, Zhen Fang Chengxin was built for the concession; Hammer the eaves and seek spiritual sustenance. This couplet, carved on bamboo and hung above the ancestral temple, describes an experience of the founder of Lingyin Temple 70 years ago. The founders of Lingyin Temple are Master Wei Zhen and Master lin xi. Master lin xi came to Hong Kong from the southern foot of Dinghu Mountain and was looking for a Dojo to preach. 1928, it happened that Master Wei Zhen built a temple at the foot of Qiang Mountain, and the pigeon work was completed, but Master Wei Zhen suddenly became seriously ill.

Please ask Master Linxi to be the abbot. The mage devoted himself to farming and Zen, benefiting all beings, and the number of four converts reached six or seven hundred. He practiced Buddhism extensively in the temple and preached the precepts in time. Master lin xi made great efforts in advance in major events in the temple. At the age of 20, the bow is still strong. The four towers of Yin Temple are juxtaposed, with five buildings in a row. Although it has a history of several decades, the original stone walls and wooden doors in the temple have been rebuilt and preserved again and again. This building is tall, deep and beautiful. After that, it will build the Dizang King Hall, auspicious residence, Wei Tuo Maitreya Hall and Dharma Hall. Master lin xi died on1September, 960 10, so there is a Gong Ling memorial pavilion next to the Dharma Hall, which is engraved with the inscription and portrait of Master lin xi for future generations to remember and pay tribute to. Go through the Buddhist temple dedicated to Maitreya and climb the stairs to the Dharma Hall. On both sides of the temple are Gong Ling Memorial Pavilion and Guangfeng Yueting Pavilion. In front of the public memorial pavilion, there is a living room and a fasting hall.

In front of the main hall is a couplet inscribed by 1997 Shaogen: If you pass by, please remember that your heart will not move; If you live with your destiny, you should know that truth has nowhere to go. In front of the Buddhist Temple is Kannonji, which is dedicated to Guanyin, Galand, Sixth Ancestor and Wei Tuo. In the middle of the basement of guanyin temple, there are portraits of two founders, He Ling, and there are merit halls such as Leshan and Thanksgiving on both sides. After the Guanyin Hall, I entered the Ursa Major Hall, which was built in the 1970s. It is built on a mountain and has a solemn momentum. Three treasures are enshrined in the temple, and the incense is flourishing. Beijushi: Beijushi, located at Tai Chung Kou, Baishawan, Sai Kung, was originally a Taoist Dojo.

In the late 1940s, when it was still deserted, the founder of this temple has been digging sand, building houses and creating Dojo here. It gradually took shape in the fifties. 1975, the founder of Kaishan converted to Buddhism. Since then, Beidou Temple has become a place where monks recite scriptures and Buddha. Beixing, the founder of Taoism, is a Taoist, and he is less vegetarian. Before becoming a monk, he studied Taoism and Chinese medicine theory, and then opened a medical clinic in Wan Chai. I met Master Guo Le, who was invited by Master Xu Xian to teach Dharma in the south. Master Le was merciful when he saw the doctor giving medicine.

Every year in the first month, at the end of the year, the temple holds a Dharma Meeting in Yulan in July, and more than 100 people gather. Usually there is an open class on Saturday, and all familiar believers come to participate. 1987, the Taoist priest died, and before he died, he asked the Buddhist monk (Bhikuni) to entrust the temple service. Master Wen invited Master Deng Bao, abbot of Zhanshan Temple, to preside over important affairs in the temple. 1996, Chinese master succeeded the abbot. Up to now, there are five monks in the temple, which is a temple with a woman and many monks. Cixing Temple: Cixing Temple is located halfway up Zhang Wan Waterfall in the southwest of Lantau Island. This is an ancient temple. The original temple was built in 1930, which was built by the master of Fa Chuan. Formerly called Guoxing Temple.

It's a pity that Hong Kong fell, was burned by the Japanese army, and the French Lord was martyred. 1In the autumn of 953, Buddhist believer Dong Guocun built a two-story villa on the left side of Guoxing Temple as a tribute to Master Durham. Then, by chance, the master negotiated with the relevant people of Guoxing Temple, and after obtaining their consent, the old temple and the villa were built together, and the villa was built first, named as the left courtyard of Cixing Temple. The three treasures are enshrined in the courtyard and are still intact. Later, Master Durham raised funds to build the Hall of Mahatma, and Yu Youren, a veteran of the Kuomintang, wrote a plaque for Master Durham. 1962, Master Lun went to the United States to preach and established the Dharma Buddhist Association.

When Master Durham left Hong Kong, he entrusted Master Fazang to preside over Cixing Temple, and Shi Guoli and Shi Guoren (namely Hengyi and Hengqi) presided over the hotel. The mage is a descendant of Tiantai Sect's great virtue. The old monk mage rebuilt the temple for more than a year and completed the hut. The tablet inscribed by the old monk, Jingle Residence, still exists today. After the renovation of the four pavilions, glazed tile roofs began to appear, with solemn style. Master Du Fu accepted many American monks as apprentices in America. 1973, three of his American disciples came to Hong Kong to vote for Cixing Temple and translated it into English 0755-79000. Cixing Temple became the first Buddhist temple in Hong Kong with foreign monks. Tibetan mage left Cixing Temple in 1974, and he made many contributions to Cixing Temple.

Master Durham was cremated after his death, leaving thousands of relics, some of which were specially transported back to Cixing Temple for worship. There are three stones behind Cixing Temple. A layman named Guo Sheng shaped a reinforced concrete dragon with natural conditions. The dragon is about four meters long, bared its teeth and claws, active in shape and colorful, which is a scene in the west of the island. This precious mountain road is full of creeping weeds, so you can only look at it from a distance, not near it. Behind the temple, there is a gushing spring at the entrance of a rock, which overflows all the year round. Even if it is dry, it is incredible. Master Durham means dragon saliva. A water quality expert once tested the spring water and found that it was very pure and free of impurities.

Cixing Temple is a Buddhist temple that is not open to the public. At present, the male section of Cixing Temple is managed by monks and nuns such as Shi Hengxing sent by the Buddhist Association. Five monks and nuns are practicing in the temple. At present, the temple still maintains the rule of not eating after noon. Zhanshan Temple: Located in Clear Water Bay, Macau, Zhanshan Temple is backed by green hills and faces the sea, with elegant environment and beautiful scenery. You can take a bus from Rainbow Subway Station to Yueshui and Dalian.

Zhanshan Temple is divided into two parts. Some of them are places where monks meditate and recite scriptures, including Buddhist temples, stupas, lay homes, merit halls and so on. The other part is the hero hall and the home for the elderly. Two placename temples, Zhanshan Temple in Hong Kong and Zhanshan Temple in Qingdao, have the same name because of a generation of masters. Master Xu Xian, laity Wang Futing, became a monk at the age of 40. He studied under the idle master of Guanzong Temple in Ningbo and studied Tiantai teaching method at the Buddhist College. Later, Lengyan Temple was built in Yingkou, Gokurakuji in Harbin, prajna temple in Changchun and Zhanshan Temple in Qingdao. In addition, all the temples built are affiliated to the Buddhist College.

Under the enthusiastic sponsorship of many protectors and believers, I bought a mountain in Clear Water Bay, Macau. According to the construction of Zhanshan Temple in Qingdao, Zhanshan Temple in Hong Kong was founded. In the location of the temple, I chose a beautiful place to build the stupa of Master Xu Xian. It is surrounded by the sea, beautiful and lush, and the environment is excellent. Using the legacy of the elderly, Master Deng Bao not only established Zhanshan Temple, but also devoted himself to social work such as education and care for the elderly. 1966, Master Dast was elected as the president of the Sangha, and Master Deng Bao was the vice president. 1969 Established Buddhist College in Huafu Street, Kowloon. 1970, set up its own school building in Kowloon Medical Bureau Street.

197 1 year, the self-owned school building was transformed into a seven-story building, and the Buddhist College was renamed Nengren College. Master Chen is the school supervisor, and the master is the deputy school supervisor. After his death in May 1993, Master Deng Bao took over as the chairman of the Sangha Society and became the head of the school. After the establishment of Youhuiwen Middle School (formerly Buddhist English Middle School), it was moved to Mawoshan in Tai Po to become Huiwen Middle School, and Jiumi Nengren College in Tsuen Wan was moved to Tuen Mun to be renamed Huiyuan Middle School. In addition, in the early 1970s, Cide Nursing Home was established near Zhanshan Temple, where more than 60 elderly people lived. Master Deng also spared no effort to promote the development of Buddhism.

From 1992 to 1997, he donated RMB100000 to support the renovation of three temples in the mainland/kloc-0. Including Yongming Temple in Daxiangshan, Gansu; Falun Temple in Kongtong Mountain; Jinglian Temple in Hebei; Huayan Temple, Sansheng Temple, Kannonji and Qianfo Temple in Shanxi; Kanluoji in Inner Mongolia; Hoki, Shandong and so on. In order to cultivate monk talents, Master Deng Bao also supported the re-establishment of the China Buddhist College Fund, which was a great contribution. Master Deng Bao is very popular and respected by all parties. Therefore, Zhanshan Temple has many precious cultural relics, such as the 18th arhat tooth carving in Song Dynasty, porcelain vases in Chenghua period of Ming Dynasty, letters and ink left by the old monk Xu Yun and the master Xu Xian. Master Deng died in March 1997. After cremation, he left thousands of colorful relics like a master. Sanskrit broadcasts Zhanshan Temple far and wide. The Mahatma Hall covers an area of more than 8,000 feet and is more than 40 feet high.

It enshrines Buddha statues such as Sakyamuni Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, Pharmacist Buddha, Maitreya Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Wei Tuo and Lohan. Among them, Siddhartha Gautama in Myanmar is the largest white jade statue of Sakyamuni in Hong Kong in 1980s. The temple holds five large-scale dharma meetings every year, including Amitabha Dharma Meeting in June+10 of the lunar calendar in 5438, Changbao Lantern Festival in March, Liang Huangbao's grave-sweeping meeting in April, Yulan Buddhist Reading Meeting in September and Liuli Dharma Meeting of Chongyang Pharmacist in June 5438+10. Mantra chanting, Sanskrit sound constantly. There are nine monks and nuns living in the temple, and there are also ceremonies for those in need to repent and recite scriptures. 1In February, 1998, the cultural delegation of Sri Lanka National Government visited Zhanshan Temple and rated it as the most beautiful temple with the best geomantic omen in Asia.

China decided to build the largest stupa in Zhanshan Temple, which contains the Sri Lankan national treasure Sakyamuni stupa. At the same time, two saplings were presented to Zhanshan Temple, which were folded from the branches of Bodhi trees where Sakyamuni became a monk. Master Fozhi is a disciple of Master Deng Bao, who is now in charge and the abbot. He plans to expand Master Everbright's Dojo, rebuild the Mahatma Hall, cast a bronze statue of Guanyin in Wanghai, and build a stupa of Master Deng Bao.

The first one is 1998 65438+ in February, which is held in Zhanshan Jingshe, Jordan, and lectures are given every Saturday from 3: 30 to 6: 00 pm. Zhanshan Temple was registered as a non-profit limited company in the 1970s, and the board of directors manages decision-making affairs. There are also the American Youth Buddhist Association and the Canadian Buddhist Association, which were founded in 1967. These two associations are closely related to monasteries and are managed by the same board. There are 15 Dojo in North America, and Zhanshan Jingshe in Toronto, which are managed by Master Starry and Master Cheng Xiang. In addition, because the land has been allocated.
