There are more than 200 full-time and part-time teachers in the college, including 3 1.8% full-time teachers with senior titles and doctoral degrees, 84.6% double-qualified teachers and 73.5% teachers with master's degree or above. In recent years, many teachers have been rated as young and middle-aged backbone teachers in colleges and universities in Chongqing, and they have successfully applied for the "Domestic Visiting Scholar Project for Young Backbone Teachers in Central and Western Universities" of the Ministry of Education and the special project of talent training in the western region of the national education system.

2. Employment situation

Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions, the competent unit of the college, and Chongqing municipal government, labor security and employment departments jointly promote employment. Through the natural connection between trade unions and enterprises, our graduates have more reliable and broader employment channels. In cooperation with dozens of large and medium-sized famous enterprises in China and Chongqing, the employment rate of graduates has reached more than 9 1.95%, and Chongqing has been designated as a special zone for central reform, so students have a broader development space.
