Graduated from Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a master's degree in counseling and treatment of adolescent mental health. In recent years, he has devoted himself to the exploration and practice of home-school integration education in China, and is now employed as the chief lecturer of China Family Education Lecture Hall.

He is currently the executive chairman of the Education Committee of Tsinghua Campus Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, the deputy editor-in-chief of China National Education Information Network, and a national senior registered psychological counselor.
