First of all, to promote the informatization of basic education, we must first respect balance and fairness and adopt preferential policies for weak areas. The Outline of Education Planning and the Decision clearly point out that the fundamental purpose of basic education informatization is to better realize the balance of educational resources and vigorously promote educational equity. Therefore, to promote the informatization of basic education, the focus is still on rural and remote areas. Especially in view of the practical difficulties such as the shortage of teachers, the shortage of classes and the difficulty in sharing high-quality educational resources in the above-mentioned areas, educational informatization will become another important means besides increasing government investment. International experience also shows that in order to accelerate the narrowing of the education gap and avoid the imbalance in education, it is often necessary to adopt an inclined education informatization policy.
