Group statement

The declaration and assessment of trainees from various education and training institutions that are licensed to hold vocational skills training programs shall be handled by local education and training institutions through Shanghai Labor and Social Security Management Information System. Students from institutions of higher learning and vocational schools should apply for appraisal through Shanghai Vocational Skills Appraisal Network.
