Zhao is the new director of wujiaqu city Education Bureau. On February 25th, 2022, the seminar on improving the propaganda and information ability of wujiaqu city education system in the Sixth Division was held. Zhao, secretary of the Party Committee and new director of the Municipal Education Bureau, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Wujiaqu generally refers to wujiaqu city, a county-level city directly under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
