The school adheres to the guiding ideology of "survival by quality, development by characteristics", and implements "open" and "closed" management according to the training objectives of "self-cultivation, moral cultivation, strong skills and job hunting", and actively implements order training by adopting the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination. Employment offices have been set up in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and more than 20 enterprises, including Foxconn, Samsung, Feigoda, Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Flextronics, Tsinghua Tongfang and Asus Group, have signed contracts for training. Relying on the county government's overseas offices and other institutions, we set up employment and overseas labor export bases, unblocked employment channels, and implemented employment tracking to ensure the steady improvement of students' employment quality, with an average employment rate of 96.7%. Nowadays, through a series of educational and teaching reforms, such as professional structure, curriculum system, teaching methods and teaching management, the school has achieved leap-forward development, which has played a good role in radiating, demonstrating and leading vocational education in the reservoir area and even the whole country.
