To formulate the development plan of the city's education construction; Guide the adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools in the city, and guide the preparation of the feasibility study report of basic construction projects in primary and secondary schools; Organize the examination and approval of the capital construction projects of primary and secondary schools in the city; Guide the city's education administrative departments to collect the "three taxes" surcharge in full, actively implement the local matching funds of various policies at the same level, and timely allocate special funds from higher levels.

5, the municipal government education supervision office

To undertake the specific work of the education supervision office of the municipal government, exercise the educational supervision authority entrusted by the municipal government, and organize the evaluation of the relevant departments of the municipal government, the county (District) people's government and the relevant departments to perform their educational duties according to law; Supervise and evaluate the situation of running schools according to law in secondary schools and other educational institutions below secondary level.
