Fourteenth the following circumstances, should be based on the national common language:

(4) Names of enterprises and institutions;
(five) the packaging and description of the goods sold in China.
Fifteenth information processing and information technology products used in the national common language should comply with national norms and standards.
Sixteenth in the relevant provisions of this chapter, in any of the following circumstances, dialects can be used:
(a) it is really necessary for the staff of state organs to use it when performing official duties;
(two) the broadcast terms approved by the radio and television department of the State Council or the provincial radio and television department;
(three) need to be used in drama, film, television and other art forms;
(four) it is really necessary to use it in publishing, teaching and scientific research.
