1. State-funded normal students are only allowed to attend six universities directly under the Ministry of Education: Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Huazhong Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University and Southwest University.

2. The training of teachers at public expense in Guangdong Province, also known as the special plan for training primary and secondary school teachers at public expense in the eastern and western regions of Guangdong Province, is referred to as the special plan for teachers. Participating universities: South China Normal University, Guangzhou University, Guangdong Second Teachers College, Guangdong Technical Teachers College, Hanshan Teachers College, Lingnan Teachers College, Huizhou College, jiaying university, Zhaoqing College, Shaoguan College, etc.

Two. Admission batch

The state subsidizes normal students to fill in the "advance approval of undergraduate courses in non-military inspection colleges" -After this batch is accepted, it will enter the special teacher program. In other words, Guangdong candidates can fill in the national public-funded normal students' and Guangdong teachers' special programs at the same time, and there is no conflict between them. However, when the state-funded teachers admit candidates, the candidates' subsequent volunteers will automatically become invalid; The same is true for teachers' special courses. When a candidate is admitted to the teacher's special program, the candidate's subsequent batch of volunteers will automatically become invalid.

Three. Employment mode

1. The state-funded normal students have a special employment guarantee mechanism, which is mainly based on two-way choice. Candidates need to teach in primary and secondary schools for a certain number of years, and to work in urban schools, they must first teach in rural compulsory education schools for 2 years.

2. The publicly-funded normal students in Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as the "special teacher program") are oriented training programs, and they need to work in the designated mountain counties for at least 6 years after graduation.
