Implementing quality education can overcome the disadvantages of "exam-oriented education" and accurately implement the educational policy of all-round development. It won't work if we just pretend to be quality-oriented education and don't pay attention to teaching quality. In fact, the backwardness of exam-oriented education lies not in the exam itself, but in the scientific content of the exam. In other words, as long as we scientifically adopt examination methods to reflect and distinguish the true quality of candidates, we will find a balance between exam-oriented education and quality education.
The relationship between quality education and exam-oriented education is obvious. Quality education is the foundation, and exam-oriented education is only a means to test quality education. The children's views are full of imagination, but in the end, as long as our teacher guides them, their personality is completely lost. This is the harm of exam-oriented education. What's more, some schools cut off all courses such as physical education and music and replaced them with cultural courses, which is exam-oriented education that pays no attention to all-round development and only pays attention to scores.
Therefore, we should make use of the positive influence of heredity and environment to mobilize students' subjective initiative in understanding and practice, promote the all-round and harmonious development of students' physiology and psychology, intelligence and non-intelligence, cognition and intention, and promote the internalization of human culture into students' psychological quality.
