What does the concept of subsidized education include?
The concept of funded education includes people's views on educators, educational objects, educational contents, educational methods and other educational elements and their attributes and relationships, people's views on the relationship between education and other things, and the views on the role, function and purpose of education derived from this.

The core of educational view is "what is education for", that is, the purpose of education. Educators carry out different educational activities with different educational purposes, distinguish educational activities in different societies and different periods, and produce different educational results.

1999 The Decision on Deepening Education Reform and Promoting Quality Education in an All-round Way issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council puts forward that "promoting quality education and cultivating new socialist people to meet the needs of modernization in the 2 1 century". Therefore, quality education has been identified as the long-term policy of education reform and development in China.

The promulgation of this decision marks the formal formation of China's systematic thought of quality education. The Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), revised in 2006, clearly stipulates that "compulsory education must implement the national education policy and implement quality education". This indicates that the implementation of quality education has risen to the legal level and become the will of the state.

The three essences of quality education: "facing everything" is the embodiment of the comprehensiveness of quality education and the consistent requirement of national education policy; "All-round improvement" is the overall embodiment of the essential attribute of quality education and the ultimate goal of quality education; "Active development" is the embodiment of subjectivity in the essential attribute of quality education and the soul of quality education.
