Anhui university of finance is short for "An Cai". He is a member of the University jointly established by the People's Government of Anhui Province and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, a basic capacity-building project university in central and western China, a key university in Anhui Province, and a first-class discipline alliance of finance and economics. It was selected into the national "Hundred Schools Project" and the Anhui Higher Education Revitalization Plan "High-level University Construction Project with Local Characteristics".
The school was founded in Hefei, Anhui Province,1May, 959, when the school name was Anhui Finance and Trade College. 196 1 moved to Bengbu city, Anhui province. The school belongs to the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. In February, 2000, the State Council decided to set up Anhui Finance and Trade College jointly by the central and local governments, which was managed by the Anhui provincial government. In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed Anhui Finance College.
As of September, 2022, the school has three campuses: Jiaotong Road Campus, Longhu West Campus and Longhu East Campus, with a total area of 928,657.298 square meters.
There are 12 colleges, 1 teaching department, 3 provincial research institutions and 35 school-level research institutions; There are 9 authorized points for master of first-level disciplines. The school has more than 2 1000 undergraduates, more than 2,700 master students and 650 on-the-job faculty members, including nearly 600 full-time teachers with senior titles and 29 doctoral supervisors.
