In terms of fees, Hebei Province requires all kinds of non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions to charge fees in accordance with the Notice on Strengthening the Supervision of Pre-charge of Off-campus Training Institutions issued by the Ministry of Education and other six departments and the relevant regulations of Hebei Province, and sign the Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model Text) issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the General Administration of Market Supervision as required.

At the same time, the setting standards of various non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions require that non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions shall not offer subject content courses in the name of non-disciplinary training in any form.
