In terms of employees, sports off-campus training institutions require teaching staff and teaching and research personnel to hold at least one qualification (ability) certificate or certificate that meets the requirements. In terms of fees, Hebei Province requires all kinds of non-disciplinary off-campus training institutions to charge fees in accordance with the Notice on Strengthening the Supervision of Pre-charge of Off-campus Training Institutions issued by the Ministry of Education and other six departments and the relevant regulations of Hebei Province, and sign the Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model Text) issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the General Administration of Market Supervision as required.
