Methods of applying for state grants
The methods of applying for state grants are as follows

Apply for a student loan

First, you need to apply for a student loan from the Education Bureau. Then you need a loan certificate after successful application, which can help you apply for poverty alleviation grants from the school in the future.

Prepare proof of poverty

Prepare the poverty certificate before school starts. This is to directly ask the village Committee to give you a certificate and apply for proof that you are a poor local household and it is difficult to live on campus.

Fill in the questionnaire

Print the Questionnaire of College Students and Their Families. If you are a freshman, you can get it from the handbook issued at the time of admission. This form must be included in the manual; Non-freshmen can download it from the internet when they run out.

Fill in the appraisal application form

Submit the Application Form for Identification of Economic Difficulties. This form doesn't need to be stamped, but it's not too late to print it when you get to school, and then fill it out. This form is mainly to fill in the financial situation of your family, such as parents' annual income, annual expenditure, what is the source of income and why it causes poverty.

Submit application materials

Finally, the above three handwritten originals will be copied and handed over to the person in charge of their respective classes (whether to hand in copies or not may be different between schools, depending on their own situation).

Release time

State grants are generally given to students every month. But some schools distribute it twice a year for convenience. Most schools issue state grants in mid-June, and the grants are distributed twice, with half each time, and once every month/kloc-0.
