Fifteen Provisions on Standardizing Running Schools in Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province
First, strengthen the leadership of the Party. Second, adhere to moral education first. XI. Standardize teaching materials. Adhere to the selection of teaching materials and supplementary materials in the national and provincial catalogues, adhere to the principle of "one subject and one supplement", and do not force students to order supplementary materials in any form. Establish and improve the examination system of books entering schools, do not use unapproved textbooks, and in principle do not compile and publish school-based curriculum textbooks. Twelve, improve the management of work and rest. Ensure that students sleep for no less than 10 hours for primary school students, no less than 9 hours for junior high school students and no less than 8 hours for senior high school students. Day students arrive at school at the same time in the morning. In principle, the compulsory education stage should not be earlier than 7:30, and the high school stage should not be earlier than 7:00. Parents should guide students' work and rest during the day. In principle, the rest time at night should be no later than 2 1:30 for primary school students, 22: 00 for junior high school students and 23:00 for senior high school students. Boarding students get up at the same time in the morning, in principle, no earlier than 7 o'clock in junior high school and no earlier than 6: 30 in senior high school; In principle, the end time of evening self-study should be no later than 2 1:00 for junior high school and 2 1:30 for senior high school. Classes are not organized uniformly on legal holidays such as evening self-study, weekends, winter and summer vacations, and students' self-study time is not allocated to subjects. Thirteen. Improve school governance. Students are forbidden to bring mobile phones into the classroom. Students are not allowed to participate in social appraisal, publicity and competition activities. Strengthen the construction of a safe campus, establish and improve mechanisms such as risk prevention and control, hidden danger investigation, prediction and early warning, and emergency response, strictly implement the responsibility system for emergency work, regularly carry out safety education and hidden danger investigation, and conduct at least/kloc-0 emergency evacuation drills every month.
