After reading The Education of Love, I was deeply lost in thought. What is the education of love? I found the answer on the cover of the book: quality education is "education of love", and love for parents, teachers and classmates is the foundation of children's life and other qualities.

Love education has no boring preaching, no grandiloquence, no vigorous heroic deeds. It only describes ordinary kind people, such as charcoal sellers, masons, blacksmiths' sons, teenage drummers, teachers who attend classes in spite of illness … and their ordinary daily lives. It is these seemingly ordinary but authentic narratives that bring readers into a world of love and let us be educated in love. This book is full of love. Full of enviable love.

In our education, the word "education of love" is easy to say, but how difficult it is to do! First of all, most people don't have the concept of "education of love". Therefore, in our life, there is no education of love. It is precisely because we lack the education of love that we lack love in our life. Love for parents, love for teachers and love for classmates are all what we lack, and this is what we need to find. With this love, our life will be full of love.

In the education of love, I walked into students' lives and witnessed how they study, live and fall in love. Their love includes tolerance, humility, affection and friendship. The education of love tells us that the noble love of human nature is the most sincere education, and education sublimates love. Although everyone's life experience is different, you will experience similar feelings you have experienced from the education of love, but our attitudes and behaviors may be different.

When young people leave their teaching posts, they are full of passionate love and hope to play the role of "being a teacher" wholeheartedly. However, in the absence of professional experience, teaching experience and good methods, they use the "authority of teachers" to discipline students with pointers, which hurts their hearts. I also force students to haggle over scores in various competitions for vanity, so as to get a lot of "false honors". Even children are judged by "scores", "appearance" and even "obedience". Every time I recall this incident, I can't help shivering and feel ashamed.

Fourth, constantly adjust the mentality and practice, and also pay more care, love and sincerity for children, and find that children will always give back. Therefore, only "education of love" can have "beautiful" memories.

My experience: 1. There should be many beautiful, lovely and touching stories with the theme of education, which happened to you and me. Everyone is engaged in education, and they are all grassroots educators. The stories that they should contact and feel the most are not recorded. If they had a chance to sort them out, it would be a good book like this.

Second, don't be too attached to an idea, a behavior pattern or a habit, but always seek a breakthrough and think positively and negatively from different angles to solve the problem. We should form the habit of self-reflection and think about everything carefully so as not to be confused by the outside world.

Third, I have read a lot of books and rarely revisit them before coming back; I have written many reports and materials and seldom read them again. In fact, I taste them again occasionally. Where should I start? Can only understand, can't express. We often move forward unconsciously, ignoring the efforts of reflection and consciousness, and often ignoring the feelings of others unconsciously.

Fourth, in the product of the times, many scholars are good at reading, and many students can only read and can't look at people; Only doing things, not being a man, individuals pay too much attention to IQ and ignore EQ; ; He is a giant in academia, but a dwarf in life; You can talk to computers, machines and laboratories, but you can't communicate with people.

Engaging in education is usually a problem worth thinking about. What is "want" or "don't"? This problem is worth discussing and studying.

First, the "needs" of teachers: (1) Teachers should be educated, not reprimanded: education is guidance rather than indoctrination, and students should be treated as "having" rather than "not having". Reprimand does not allow students to say "no", while education is subtle.
