Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Vocational Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Interim Measures for Enrollment of Public Security Colleges and the relevant provisions of the national education authorities in order to better implement the requirements of "administering the school according to law" and "sunshine enrollment" and ensure the smooth enrollment of schools.
Article 2 College name: Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College, national standard code 12797.
Nature of College: Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College (Inner Mongolia Police Training Corps) is a public full-time college-level higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is listed in the public security sequence to train practical police personnel with college education for public security organs in the whole region, and also undertakes the task of on-the-job training of public security police in the whole region. People, money and things are managed by the public security department of the autonomous region, and the educational administrative business is managed by the education department of the autonomous region.
Article 3 The enrollment work of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College shall be supervised by candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 4 The enrollment work of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College is jointly completed by the Political Department and the College under the leadership of the Enrollment Leading Group of the Public Security Department of the Autonomous Region.
Article 5 The Admissions Office of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College is located in the Student Office of the College, which is the functional institution of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College to implement the enrollment work and is responsible for the daily enrollment work of the College.
Chapter III Specialty Setting and Enrollment Plan
Article 6 In 2020, the college will set up seven public security majors: criminal investigation, public security management, traffic management, domestic security, information network security supervision, police dog technology and special police. Legal affairs, legal secretary, community management and service are three non-public security majors.
Article 7 The public security major in our hospital mainly cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents who are firm in political stance, loyal and reliable, strict in organizational discipline, have good professional ethics and basic qualities of police, are familiar with the line, principles, policies and relevant laws and regulations of public security work in China, master the basic theories and skills of this major, and face the grass-roots front-line law enforcement duty. In order to improve the enrollment rate and employment rate of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual students, Mongolian classes mainly adopt Chinese teaching.
Article 8 Non-public security majors cultivate applied talents with good political and legal qualities, humanistic qualities, physical and psychological qualities, systematic mastery of basic knowledge of legal theory and basic legal practical skills, rigorous discipline style, excellent professional ethics, strong sense of social responsibility, legal service ability, innovative and entrepreneurial ability, logical analysis and reasoning ability, ability to correctly solve common legal problems, and competence in legal aid work and grassroots service work of judicial organs.
Ninth to recruit ordinary high school graduates in the region; Only English will be taught in foreign languages after entering the school. Please fill in the form carefully for non-English language candidates.
Tenth Mongolian and Chinese bilingual classes are open to Mongolian high school graduates.
Article 11 The enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Center, and the female students majoring in public security shall not exceed 15% of the enrollment plan.
Chapter IV Enrollment and Admission
Article 12 Qualifications (Public Security Major)
Candidates who apply for public security colleges must meet the following conditions in addition to the enrollment qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region:
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Love the motherland, the people and China;
4. Be law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, and have good moral conduct;
5. Love public security, and be determined to study and work hard for the country's political security and social stability;
6. Graduated from ordinary high school;
7. Age 16 years old and under 22 years old (born between September 1 and March1August 2004), unmarried;
8. Good ideological and political quality, in line with the political conditions for enrollment of public security majors in public security colleges;
9. Physical and mental health, in line with the physical examination standards of public security majors in public security colleges.
Article 13 Investigation (Public Security Major)
The inspection items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions on the employment of people's police by public security organs.
Article 14 Interview (Public Security Major)
Candidates must log on to the designated website of Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Center after the results of the college entrance examination are announced (the specific time is subject to the announcement of the examination center) and fill in the public security (specialist) intention volunteers. After successfully completing the report, you can participate in political review, interview, physical examination and physical fitness test.
The interview mainly identifies whether the candidate is suitable for public security college education and public security work from the aspects of motivation, verbal expression and physical coordination.

Article 15 Physical examination (public security major)
The physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the public security organs' employment of the people's police. For details, please refer to General Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 140 (Trial)) and Special Standard of Civil Servant Physical Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa No.82 (Trial)).
Article 16 Physical Fitness Test
The items and standards of physical fitness assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Student Physical Fitness Health Standard (revised 20 14).
Article 17 Admission (Public Security Major)
Candidates who have passed the inspection, interview, physical examination and physical fitness test shall fill in the professional volunteers of Inner Mongolia Police Vocational College online in advance according to the requirements of Inner Mongolia Education Admissions Examination Center. According to the wishes of candidates and the requirements of various majors, our college enrolls students from high scores to low scores according to the professional wishes.
For parallel candidates, liberal arts compares Chinese and liberal arts in turn; Science compares mathematics and science synthesis in turn.
Non-public security candidates are admitted in batches in higher vocational colleges.
Admission and arrangement of majors shall be subject to the record results.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 18 The tuition fee is 5,000 yuan/year (students who teach in Mongolian shall pay 4,000 yuan in accordance with Article 42 of the Regulations on Ethnic Education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, "The autonomous region will give priority to teaching in Mongolian to colleges and universities admitted to the region, and the tuition fee will be reduced by 20%, and the required funds will be borne by the finance of the autonomous region"); Retired soldiers are exempt from tuition fees after admission; Accommodation 1 100 yuan/year.
Article 19 the college implements police management, and students wear people's police uniforms after entering school.
Twentieth students have completed the prescribed courses and met the prescribed graduation conditions, and the college will issue a university diploma.
Article 21 (Public Security Major) In accordance with the spirit of the Opinions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other six departments on the reform of the recruitment and training system for public security professionals in public security colleges (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 106) and the relevant regulations of the state and autonomous regions on the recruitment of civil servants (people's policemen) by public security organs for public security graduates in public security colleges in that year, Mongolian and Chinese bilingual students have passed the written examination, interview, physical examination and physical fitness test.
Non-public security graduates can't take the graduate entrance examination.
