Conduct management education during the resignation of confidential personnel. "Management of confidentiality period" refers to taking restrictive measures to leave the country within a certain period of time for resigned confidential personnel. "Resignation" refers to the situation of leaving a confidential job and still working in this organ or unit.

Secret-related personnel shall perform their confidentiality obligations in accordance with the regulations during the period of confidentiality education, and shall not go to work in violation of the regulations, and shall not disclose state secrets in any way. Organs and units shall establish and improve the management system of secret-related personnel, clarify the rights, post responsibilities and requirements of secret-related personnel, and conduct regular supervision and inspection on the performance of duties of secret-related personnel.
