The elaboration of teaching principles is an extremely important part of Stilwell's teaching theory. Starting from the principles of natural adaptability and automaticity, he put forward a series of specific teaching principles and rules. There are 33 articles in German Teacher Education Guide, the main principles of which are: step by step principle, consolidation principle, intuition principle, considering students' individual differences, giving full play to students' learning initiative, making teaching attractive, dynamic and educational. These principles are mainly analyzed and determined from four aspects: students, teaching materials, social and cultural conditions and requirements for teachers.
