Initiated the "1+T" dual-major education model-university degree+international IT high-end skills = high-paying employment. In 2002, Haitian pioneered the "1+T" dual-major education model in China. This innovative education model is based on the policies formulated by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other national ministries and commissions, and features the dual major of "university degree+international IT high-end skills". Through four years' (self-taught undergraduate) or three years' (self-taught junior college) study and project training, students can obtain nationally recognized undergraduate (junior college) graduation certificate and internationally accepted IT skill certificate at the same time, and train students to become senior IT professionals with reasonable structure and excellent quality to meet the needs of economic and social development and modernization. Students can immediately meet the job requirements of employers after graduation, and truly realize Haitian students' "high-paying employment after graduation". Haitian "1+T" graduates are favored by employers, and the annual employment rate of graduates is as high as 96%.
