Young students are future builders and successors of the motherland. Carrying out the activities of clean government culture into campus is to cultivate young students' good morality of honesty, civilization, law-abiding, honesty and frugality, and at the same time, it also enhances teachers and students' legal awareness and social responsibility, which is of far-reaching significance to cultivate their correct values and noble moral sentiments. To this end, our school has incorporated the construction of clean government culture into the construction of school culture, and established a leading group of "Clean government culture into the campus" with the party secretary and the principal as the team leader, the vice president as the deputy team leader, and the heads of all offices as members, and carefully formulated the implementation plan of "Clean government culture into the campus" in Pingchang Middle School. Qi Xin, the leader of the Party and Government Working Group, made concerted efforts, made careful arrangements, made clear responsibilities, and paid close attention to implementation in combination with reality. At the same time, in order to ensure the effective development of the activities, 25 articles have been formulated to standardize the words and deeds of teachers and students. The key to the success or failure of building a clean government culture lies in leadership and teachers. School leaders and teachers are not only the concrete organizers and practitioners of clean government culture entering the campus, but also the objects of education.
1. Construction of cadres. Under the leadership of the school party Committee, leading cadres take the lead in changing their work style, establishing the concept that details determine success or failure, and starting with small things such as saving a piece of paper, saving electricity and saving a drop of water. Don't spend a penny at school, go out for a meeting to study; Do housework by yourself and save every penny. All leading cadres consciously accept the supervision of the masses, take the lead in setting an example, and are upright and awe-inspiring, which has effectively promoted the development of the "clean culture into the campus" activity.
2. Construction of teaching staff. Make full use of existing materials, tap text education resources, infiltrate and supplement in the process of subject teaching, strengthen relevant honesty points, and integrate honesty consciousness into students' consciousness and behavior through classroom teaching in the main position of school education. All subjects contain rich contents of "culture of clean government" education, such as: the image of public servant in Chinese class, the story of clean government in moral class, economic calculation in mathematics class, etc., which enable students to master knowledge and receive clean government education in a subtle way. In the teaching of various subjects, teachers mainly educate students in the following four aspects:
First, integrate the teaching objectives and incorporate the construction of a clean and honest government culture into the teaching plan, which is reflected in the teaching process.
The second is to enrich the teaching content and find the correct combination of respecting the elderly and loving the young education with the subject content. Combined with the specific content of subject teaching, we should tap the material of honesty education and implement the educational goal of respecting the elderly and loving the young.

Teachers lead by example and provide good examples for students, so that students can internalize the norms and principles they have learned in the education of respecting the elderly and loving the young into spiritual qualities under the demonstration of teachers.
The fourth is to carefully determine the theme and carry out extensive moral practice activities. Ten activities will be carried out each semester: 1. Patrol supervision is an important measure to ensure the effectiveness of party style and clean government construction. Our school has established a commendation and reward mechanism for the school's clean government work, and the leading group regularly or irregularly inspects and evaluates all offices (departments) to ensure that the clean government culture can effectively enter campus activities for a long time.
After years of practice, the openness of our school affairs has gradually entered the track of institutionalization and standardization. The publicity content involves more than 20 items, such as school development planning, pre-appointment publicity of cadres, democratic appraisal of cadres, professional title evaluation, evaluation awards, promotion, bidding information, project contracting, bulk procurement, charging standards, financial revenue and expenditure, and enrollment. And basically form a combination of internal and external publicity, process publicity and result publicity.
