The mind is more liberated. On the basis of the learning content arranged by the county party Committee, we should strengthen the study of TT business and TT laws and regulations, and promote the ideological concept and professional ability of party member cadres to be greatly improved as a whole. So as to provide better TT service for county development.

The overall consciousness is stronger. Through study, study and discuss how TT work can serve the central work of the county party committee and government, so as to ensure that TT work can make due contributions to the central work of the county in time. Further strengthen the overall awareness of TT department professionals.

Honesty and diligence are more conscious. Work style is more solid. We will continue to implement six systems, including one-time notification system, first inquiry responsibility system, public commitment system and time-limited completion system, and eight central regulations. Promote the open day system. Invite leading cadres of relevant departments, TT grass-roots staff and economic census objects to hold a forum to introduce their respective work functions and key work progress. At the same time, earnestly solicit and analyze the opinions and suggestions of the masses on TT department, establish a rectification account, clarify the rectification measures, rectification time limit and rectification responsible person, and effectively improve the transparency of work and the satisfaction of the masses.

(2) Investigation and analysis stage (March-April, 20 13)

The main task is to investigate and analyze problems at the grassroots level.

Contact and serve the masses. According to the county party Committee, government officials are sent to poverty alleviation node villages and economically backward villages to help each other. Focusing on the outstanding problems in party spirit and party style, cadres of discipline inspection organization departments are invited to carry out in-depth criticism and self-criticism from the aspects of ideological concept, performance of duties, work efficiency, style discipline, honesty and self-discipline with the goal of solving practical problems and improving service quality, focusing on improving the working methods and thinking modes of cadres in party member, and strive to improve the ability of leading bodies to solve practical problems.

Write analysis materials. Adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice and in-depth analysis of problems, the leading group and party member cadres around the county's central work and key tasks, combined with the actual work, realistically analyze the gaps and problems in thinking, work, study, discipline, mass views and mental state, deeply analyze the causes of existing problems, formulate rectification plans and measures, and clarify the direction of efforts.

Keep one's promise. On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis, the leading bodies of the Bureau and party member cadres should make a commitment that conforms to the actual work and is generally recognized by the masses. (4) Summarize the improvement stage (201311-12)
