The implementation strategy of green education
Green education is the education of life, people-oriented, full of vitality and sustainable development. (A) the pursuit of respect, democracy and harmonious green management

School management focuses on honesty, and running a school is to manage people's hearts. In the ecological environment of the school, we are faced with a team that pays special attention to democracy and freedom, so it is particularly important to respect and manage democracy.

In order to better implement green education, we have implemented the post appointment system for teachers, "rewarding diligence and punishing laziness", and formulated a reward system for teachers' rational suggestions. At the same time, through the teachers' congress, teachers' opinions were widely solicited, teachers' proposals were seriously faced and answered, and the humanized management of the school was realized.

In order to further deepen the teaching reform, the school put forward the principle of people-oriented and system first, and established a democratic management system to enable school teachers to gradually realize self-management and self-restraint.

The Young Pioneers Brigade issued a "green initiative" to all students, and all students made a "green commitment" to the initiative. Let every child understand the true meaning of "love", work hard for the family, contribute to the family, win honor for the family, and even contribute yourself to the family. Let children love their parents, teachers, classmates, schools and people around them from childhood, and love the motherland when they grow up and become the people needed by the motherland. During the activities, students can experience and deepen their feelings for home in practice by conducting questionnaires, holding theme class meetings, and discussing with their parents and teachers, so as to establish a correct outlook on honor and disgrace, world outlook and life.

3. Establish the concept of green thinking and enhance the scientific nature of green education.

In the creation of green culture, we insist on people-oriented, and require each class to establish a "bosom friend mailbox", which has set up a communication bridge between teachers and students and between students; It also relies on parent-teacher conferences to realize home-school co-construction. Through parent-teacher conferences and home-school conferences, school education extends to family education, permeating each other, establishing a trinity education network of school, family and society, and promoting the all-round development of the school.
