Previously, after 20 years of development, Yutan Education Group has established six 12-year compulsory education schools in Ningxiang, Taojiang, Nanxian, Yiyang, Yuanjiang and Rucheng.
The project is located in the downtown area of Daozhou North Road, Daoxian City, 5 kilometers away from Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway, and plans to invest 360 million yuan to build a demonstration twelve-year boarding school according to the standards of key private schools in Hunan Province.
The planned land for the project is 183 mu, with a total construction area of103,000 square meters. It consists of three functional areas: teaching office, sports activities and life and leisure. Primary school, junior high school and senior high school 150 classes, providing 7250 degrees.
The project will be implemented in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 137 mu, with a building area of 75,000 square meters, providing 5,000 degrees in junior, middle and senior grades. It will be completed and put into use in June 2020. The second phase covers an area of 46 mu, providing 2250 places, and will be completed and put into use in June 2022.
