The Young Pioneers' Activity Class is a compulsory activity class for all young pioneers in the first to eighth grades of compulsory education stipulated by the state. In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the deployment of the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (20 10-2020), help children grow up better, and lay a foundation for each child to become a useful talent, according to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Young Pioneers' Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools (J.F. First, the nature of the Young Pioneers' activity class

(1) The Young Pioneers is a children's mass organization founded and led by China * * *, shouldering the mission of training successors of the Party's cause through organizing education. Ensuring the activity time of the Young Pioneers and systematically implementing the activity class of the Young Pioneers is an important guarantee for the Young Pioneers to regularly, systematically and scientifically implement the fundamental tasks, and is an important part of the education system in Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

(2) The Young Pioneers' activity class and other courses in school education complement each other. Besides cultivating knowledge and skills, they pay attention to the important idea of guiding children's healthy growth. Pay attention to the formation and development of children's ideology and cultivate children's simple feelings for the party and the socialist motherland.

(3) The Young Pioneers Activity Class is a unique activity class that gives full play to the main role of the Young Pioneers with the help of counselors. Take practical experience as the basic approach, not the examination as the evaluation. Pay attention to the use of team flags, team ceremonies, team songs, red scarves, gongs and drums and other unique etiquette of the Young Pioneers to create a solemn and sacred educational atmosphere.
