The establishment of Qinshan once focused on the cultivation of rural adult culture and technology. Adult education has been at the forefront of the county for years, and the first rural community education college in Haiyan County was established in 200 1, in order to satisfy the curiosity of many students and parents and relieve the pressure of entering higher schools. At the same time, in order to make the school better realize the three combinations, namely, the combination of social benefits and economic benefits, the combination of long classes and short classes, and the combination of technical training and academic education, it began to recruit full-time junior high school graduates with 1998. In just a few years, in the fierce competition of students in the education market, Qinshan has been developing and growing, with 280 students in full-time vocational secondary schools and vocational high schools and 6544 students in amateur correspondence colleges. Students will receive the graduation certificate from Ningbo Institute of Technology after graduation. The school has 24 faculty members, all of whom are undergraduate and junior college graduates.

Qinshan School adheres to the school-running philosophy of "Nobody has my things", fully considers the economic development characteristics of Haiyan and its surrounding areas, and especially makes full use of the location advantage of the Korean national hero "Jin Jiu Refuge" in Nanbei Lake. Japanese and Korean majors were offered in the spring of 2003, and English majors were enrolled in the autumn of 2003. The future development direction of the school is to take the road of characteristics and strive to make Qinshan a school.

Qinshan takes the road of foreign language characteristic education, which has attracted the attention of relevant leaders of the local government and received strong support from relevant departments. The school has reached cooperation intentions with Haiyan Foreign Economic Commission, Tourism Bureau, Nanbei Lake Scenic Area Management Committee, Baitashan Island Tourism Development Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Hu Da Clothing Co., Ltd. At the same time, the establishment of Korean major in our school has attracted extensive attention from Korean friendly people. Ms. Cai Yuaner, former Canadian Embassy in Korea, and Mr. Jin Rongwan, department manager of Korea Third S Company, came to the school to guide students' study. A friendly delegation from Daejeon University of Korea made a special trip to visit our school, and the establishment of sister schools between the two universities is progressing.

On the one hand, Qinshan develops and innovates, on the other hand, it strictly regulates management, pays attention to students' ideological and moral education, and conducts standardized education. It has a good school spirit and style of study, and has won wide praise from all walks of life and parents of students. Let's rest assured that we will study in Qinshan. This is becoming the common wish of most parents of students at school. In the spring of 2003, our school enrolled students strictly according to scores, and the number of applicants and the admission rate was only 27.6%, which is the best proof.

Qinshan Adult School was established in May, 1985, and the Qinshan Adult School Committee was established in the same year. At the beginning of the school, the office was in the township government, and its main work was to eliminate illiteracy, taking into account the theoretical training of rural party member cadres.
