Jinhua Radio and TV University is neither an undergraduate nor a junior college. It belongs to Radio and TV University (China Open) system. It is an open education institution marked by computer technology, multimedia technology and modern communication technology. It provides and develops adult education for students. Although Jinhua Radio and TV University is not an ordinary institution of higher learning, it has both undergraduate and junior college enrollment.
Jinhua Radio and TV University is located on the bank of Wujiang River in Jinhua City, with quiet environment and convenient transportation. The school has three campuses: Dongguan, Renmin Road and Beishan Road. The headquarters is located in Dongguan Campus, with a total area of 140 mu. There are three colleges: Finance and Economics College, Polytechnic College, Foreign Trade College and Continuing Education College.
