In February 2005, after a long period of preparation, the second part of Happy Planet was launched in Zhengzhou Film and Television Shooting Base, Henan Province. After more than eight months of intense filming, the preliminary filming of 50 episodes was completed at the end of June 2005. Famous actors WangZhifei and Zheng Xiaoning played friendly roles in children's plays without any remuneration.
