According to the regulations of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, after the second/first-class constructor certificate is completed, as long as the certificate expires for three years, continuing education should be carried out in time regardless of registration or not. The purpose of continuing education is to learn the latest laws and regulations of the construction industry, update knowledge and take exams after studying systematically. Those who pass the exam will have their original certificates extended for three years. In short, as long as there is a three-year cycle, continuing education is necessary. Continuing education belongs to government behavior, and the holders must pay attention to it.
It is necessary to add extra class hours to the continuing education of the second-level construction engineer, and not every major is educated separately every three years.
Registered second-level and above professional second-level construction engineers, in addition to completing the continuing education of the main major 120 hours (60 required hours and 60 optional hours), their additional majors must personally log in to the online learning management system of continuing education on the website of the provincial registration center to complete the required hours, and each additional major needs to apply for completing 60 hours of continuing education (30 required hours and 30 optional hours).
