Experience of English teaching practice
Through educational practice, students can comprehensively apply what they have learned to education and teaching practice, so as to cultivate and exercise their ability to engage in education and teaching, and deepen and consolidate their professional thinking. The following is the Experience of English Education Practice compiled by me for your reference only. Welcome to read it.

English education internship experience (1)XX months of internship life ended unconsciously. During this time, I have learned a lot that I can't learn in college classes, and I have experienced many experiences that I have never experienced in my life. However, my greatest achievement is to put the theoretical knowledge I learned in class into practice, and to test my assumptions and conjectures about English teaching through practice, and I have achieved some satisfactory results.

According to the plan at the beginning of the internship, the main task of XX weeks before our internship is to attend classes and evaluate classes. I have experienced several regular English teaching classes since my internship for XX weeks. The real English class is completely different from our usual simulation class. During the internship, I also faced my classmates, and every classmate was excellent. However, in the real classroom, students' level is uneven, the degree of mastering knowledge is different, and the speed of accepting new knowledge is also different. Teachers should start teaching in front of all students, not just a few. For example, if students can't answer the teacher's questions, what should the teacher do? Standing on the podium blowing your beard and glaring won't solve the problem. But this is a problem that we often encounter in class. In addition, I am an intern in grade one, and the knowledge structure of a class is very compact. As long as one link is wrong or interrupted, it will affect my whole teaching process. Often encounter this situation, I will pay more attention to my own guiding style and simplify my own problems appropriately.

Although I simplified my knowledge in order not to discourage students from learning, I made another extreme mistake during my internship because I underestimated the level of students. Most junior high school students have just begun to formally contact English. Although some students have learned something in primary school, their English foundation is generally low. In the process of class, in order to pursue the direct classroom teaching goal, the knowledge points of Chinese are oversimplified, and even some relatively complicated knowledge points are avoided, which excessively "spoils students". As a result, every class is a mechanical exercise of sentence patterns, words and phrases, which not only makes students feel bored, but also makes them feel bored at last. Real English class should be full of knowledge and interest, which can not only stimulate students' interest in learning, but also learn knowledge in fun. After careful analysis, I found that what I lack most in class is the expansion of language knowledge points. Students' learning only stays at the cognitive level, and they are rarely required to learn to use what they have learned. In the next few teaching classes, I boldly changed the usual mechanical way of listening to lectures, integrating the explanation of knowledge points, the practice of word sentence patterns and the broadening of language knowledge points, and achieved satisfactory results. This kind of classroom gives full play to students' learning autonomy and greatly mobilizes their interest in learning. Judging from the actual situation in the classroom, students prefer this way of class. Although there are some exercises in the course, these are to further consolidate the knowledge points at an appropriate time.

According to the internship plan, each intern should experience the work of the head teacher for at least one week. In order to get in touch with students, I spread the seven-day class teacher's work to every week, and do the class teacher's work for two to three days on average every week. My internship class is Class XX, with a total of XX people. When I first faced this class, I was in a panic, afraid that these students would not listen to me. However, this idea was rejected on the first day as a class teacher. I am so nervous that I forget my identity-an intern teacher. In the eyes of students, teachers are "sacred". As long as I appear in the classroom, everyone is well-behaved and has not violated discipline. During my days as a class teacher, I mainly checked their morning exercises and morning reading, and cleaned the students on duty. In this internship, I also cooperated with the former class teacher to organize students to participate in the XX grade broadcast gymnastics competition, which promoted the team spirit of students. In addition, I also held a class meeting with the theme of "Little Moves in Life" to educate students on their emotions. Through this internship as a class teacher, I have a preliminary understanding of how to guide and educate students, not only in learning, but also in ideological and cultural quality.

Through two months' internship, I also carefully observed the English learning situation of the students in this class, and collected some data and information through questionnaires and communication with students. Today, I want to discuss a big problem of middle school education from the aspect of students' autonomy in English learning: English teaching. Many people often analyze the factors that affect students' English learning from the perspective of teachers or textbooks, but ignore another subject in learning: students. The reason why I plan to make a teaching survey from this angle is because of the special situation of my internship class: Class XX is the key class of grade XX in XX Middle School, and the students have a good overall learning foundation. Their former English teacher is also a senior teacher with many years of English teaching experience. However, in such classes, students' English level is also uneven. What is the reason? So I intend to analyze students' learning autonomy. According to the survey, most students with good English scores adopt autonomous learning in their daily study, while a few students with poor English scores are also passive in their study. How to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability in English teaching has become an urgent problem.

The above is my summary of my two-month internship life. In addition to the above three gains, I have experienced other aspects of my life. This internship is one of the most unforgettable stages in my life. Maybe I didn't realize it would bring me such a deep feeling at the beginning of the internship: the internship not only taught me the knowledge of English teaching, but more importantly, taught me a little touch in my life. Strangers are connected with each other because of it. I am very happy to get along with this lovely group of classmates every day. Only through experience can we deeply feel the greatness and sacredness of teachers in the eyes of students. The income of these two months will benefit me for life, no matter what career I engage in in in the future!

Experience of English education practice (2) Teaching is teaching and learning, which are interrelated and inseparable. Where there is a teacher, there must be a scholar. Students are the subject of education. Therefore, it is very important to understand and analyze students' situation and carry out targeted teaching.

When I first arrived at the school, I didn't understand the basic situation and foundation of the school students, and I didn't notice the importance of the students' role in my teaching activities. At first, I just studied books and teaching materials, constantly looked through the materials, and tried my best to make the classroom lively, ignoring the connection between the teaching content and the students and not paying attention to understanding the students' level. I met a nail in teaching the first class. According to my study plan and teaching plan, I had an English class that I thought was vivid and easy to accept. I tried very hard to talk about the teaching content prepared in advance on the podium, and slowly found that students gradually lost their interest in learning from the initial eyeful of expectations, and finally fewer and fewer people were able to listen carefully.

After class, I listened carefully to the students' reactions, and after careful thinking, I realized that the students' foundation was not as good as I expected, and most students could not understand my spoken English. At first, the students took classes because of the novelty of the new teacher. Because I didn't master English well enough, I simply stopped listening after I didn't understand it. It can be seen that I don't know the real situation of students before class, which makes my teaching work go astray. Think about it. On the one hand, students in rural areas are relatively weak in English listening and speaking. Although their students have been learning English since grade XX in primary school, the educational facilities in primary school and even junior high school are not at a relatively high level in terms of hardware and software. There are no good learning conditions in hardware, no language lab and no multimedia facilities, and no good English teachers in software. Their English study only emphasizes getting good grades in one exam, and almost completely ignores English listening and speaking ability. Therefore, all English is used in teaching. On the other hand, my class is more active. At first, the class atmosphere is very positive, but in fact, the average students account for the majority, and the top students are relatively few, which means that the middle and lower levels are relatively wide. If the knowledge is not detailed enough, the overall level will not be taken into account. I didn't notice this at all when preparing lessons, so the teaching effect was not ideal.

From this, I come to the conclusion that understanding and analyzing students' practice, seeking truth from facts, analyzing specific problems and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude have a direct impact on the teaching effect. The theory of "preparing students while preparing teaching methods" in pedagogy has been verified in my teaching practice.

In teaching activities, preparing lessons is an indispensable and very important link, the object of preparing lessons and teaching methods. Inadequate or inadequate preparation of lessons will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm. When I was an intern, a teacher told me, "Be sure to prepare lessons well before class. If you don't prepare lessons well, you might as well not attend classes, or you will waste time. " After I understood the importance of preparing lessons, I spent a lot of time on preparing lessons and studied textbooks and lesson plans carefully until I was satisfied. Later, it turned out that I was right. A well-prepared class is good for both students and teachers.

English is a foreign language, which is both strange and difficult for students. In such a big environment, to teach English well, it is necessary to make students love English and make students interested in English. Otherwise, students are afraid of the difficulties of this subject and are unwilling to learn, and naturally they will not be able to improve their grades. To this end, I have taken some measures. First of all, I helped my classmates to change their English names and let them call me by my English name instead of the simple and old-fashioned name "Mr. Tang". Then, I try to tell more stories about the culture and life of British and American countries in class. In fact, college courses, such as the general situation of Britain and the United States and American culture, have helped me a lot. Finally, I even helped some students make "American pen pals", which really made them know more about English and like learning English better. Only when they are interested, will they take the initiative to study, so that their grades and abilities can be improved. Students take the initiative to learn, so that teachers get twice the result with half the effort.

Due to the special situation of English, students are divided in their further study. For students with poor grades, because of self-esteem, long-term grades at the bottom of the class will make interest decline again; For students with good grades, it seems to have no influence, but the expansion of poor students will seriously affect the learning atmosphere in the class. Therefore, this phenomenon must not be ignored or condoned. To this end, I made specific plans and goals after understanding this situation: I will not give up encouraging students with good foundation and good grades, I will continue to praise their progress and encourage them to learn new things; For students with poor foundation, I often chat with them alone, give them appropriate guidance, and tell them that learning is a slow process, and they can't give up their future study because of temporary achievements. I will also give them a little progress and great encouragement; For those students who have a little foundation, but their learning attitude is relatively loose, I give them separate tasks, supervise their completion, and don't give them the opportunity to be lazy, so that they can play their due level.

After a month's internship, I learned a lot of knowledge and skills that were not in the textbook. However, the performance of the whole month still has many shortcomings and places worthy of serious study. I hope I can get the guidance of experienced teachers in the future, improve myself through my own efforts, and get a good learning experience and good academic performance.

English education internship experience (3) This internship made me feel a lot. On the one hand, I deeply feel that the vast knowledge makes me have to study hard day and night; On the other hand, I also deeply understand the profound connotation of learning from teaching. Preparing lessons, attending classes, correcting homework ... Day after day, countless trivial and ordinary things constitute the main theme of my internship career.

First of all, I asked the class teacher to give me a list, because I know that remembering students' names seems trivial, but it is actually very important in students' eyes. If you can't remember the students' names, students will feel that they have no place in the teacher's mind. I feel that teachers don't care about themselves, and even create estrangement. Then I found an opportunity to get to know the whole class. After class, the students all twittered around me and said, "Teacher, how did you come here to know our names?" Many teachers have taught us for a year and can't remember our names. "It also made me understand that communication is an important skill and ability, which should be skillfully used at any time. To understand a person, you must first remember his name. Understanding a person requires in-depth communication. And these, we must take the initiative to do. After class, when the children passed by me, they all shouted affectionately, "Hello, Teacher XX!" " "I also responded with uncontrollable shyness and joy. At the same time, I found that happiness is so simple, just because it was recognized by a group of naive children and full of cordial greetings.

When I was engaged in education and teaching activities, when I went deep into the classroom for the first time, I encountered many problems that I had not learned or thought about at school, that is, I thought I was outstanding. I vividly finished a class and asked the students, "What impressed you most after listening to the class?" The students looked at each other. Why are students like this? In my opinion, the main reason is that students are not interested in learning. The ancients said, "Those who know are not as good as those who know, and those who know are not as good as those who are happy." Interest is an important condition for students to learn. Interest is the ladder of learning. Interest breeds desire, and interest breeds motivation. So how can we stimulate students' interest in learning? In fact, this is not only a problem for students, but also the passion and patience that a teacher should have. This is what a teacher should have. Passion and patience, like fire and ice, seem completely different, but they can collide with the most beautiful sparks. In fact, passion and patience are indispensable in any industry. Passion makes us passionate about our work and willing to fight for common goals; Patience also allows us to take our work seriously, strive to do every detail and strive for perfection. Passion and patience complement each other, so that the most beautiful sparks can collide and the work can be done best.

Being a teacher for the first time always makes me a little nervous. When I walked onto the podium with my textbooks and lesson plans in my arms, I was a little nervous when I really faced so many pairs of eyes, although I made a lot of preparations. "Class begins now, classmates." I mechanically repeated the opening remarks that I had read many times under the stage. However, this sentence is over, what should I say next? Suddenly my head went blank, and I could only feel dozens of pairs of eyes staring at me uniformly, which made me very uncomfortable. After a short hesitation, all I have left is a smile, because I remembered that sentence: "Smile is a magic weapon." The students smiled at me and looked at their childish faces. All my nervousness disappeared at this moment. Through those clear eyes, I seem to understand those innocent hearts. I spent the rest of my life smiling. Therefore, the classroom atmosphere is also a bit relaxed and lively, and the 40-minute class passed at once. Although, I know I didn't succeed in this class. Suddenly, a student handed me a note: "Teacher XX, I like your smile. When you approached me with a smile, I felt more cordial than ever. I like you very much, Teacher XX. " This is the pen of a XX grade student, and it is also the best and most precious gift I received during my one-month internship. It also made me understand that in fact, the first step to approach students is just to smile.

During this month, I didn't be a good teacher, and it was impossible for all the students to like me. But as long as one student remembers me, my internship will have indelible highlights. In the internship, I also found that some things can't be chosen, but some things can be chosen. Of course, you should do your job carefully, but brave "volunteering" can win you more opportunities. As long as you ask questions, study hard and do hard, you will get unexpected results.

Looking back on these XX days, I have been careful, but my heart does not necessarily mean success. After all, I am an intern, and there are still many chapters in the construction of knowledge, and my teaching experience is still lacking. Even after mispronouncing an English word or a word, students have been ashamed and ashamed for several days. On the road to being a teacher, I have taken the first step, followed by the second step and the third step ... but in any case, I will put people first and bring everything I have learned from my internship to my future career. I will take care of my students with my heart, because I am facing a pure heart.
